UNC vs. NC State Odds: Betting Preview

After dominating the Wolfpack the first time around, the Tar Heels are set up well to do so again. Armando Bacot & Co. are generating a top-five rebounding rate in ACC play. They owned the glass in their last meeting, 48-41.

Overall, NC State ranks in the third percentile of percentage of field goal attempts allowed in the paint over its last 10 games (via CBB Analytics). For those unaware, that rating is almost as poor as it gets.

Speaking of Bacot, he is unsurprisingly one of the more proficient big men near the rim. For reference, he ranks in the 78th percentile of at-the-rim field goal percentage at home. Given how much the Tar Heels have featured him since their loss at Georgia Tech on Jan. 30, Bacot should be in for another dominant outing at the Dean Dome.

Usually, non-alternate spreads are stationed at -110 odds both ways. Let’s say a user bets on the Tar Heels for a future game, laying the points, with $100 in bonus bets. If the bet wins, assuming it has -110 odds, this user would reel in $90.90 in cash into his or her sportsbook account.

Where Can You Bet On College Basketball Player Props?

North Carolina, Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia all outlaw betting on college props. Other states match the guidance of banning in-state school prop betting.

Virginia allows betting on in-state schools but not props on in-state players. The remaining states with sportsbooks allow wagering (plus live bets) on college props, including in-state teams.
