The 2026 Wimbledon Championships are in full swing, and we have more exciting games to look forward to from the English capital today.

Alexander Zverev is back in action at SW19, facing Marcos Giron in the third round. In the women’s section, Elena Rybakina plays Elise Mertens, and Iga Swiatek goes head-to-head with Alexandra Eala.

Wimbledon Tips & Predictions

Marcos Giron vs Alexander Zverev

The 2026 French Open winner, Zverev, is looking to reach the fourth round of Wimbledon when he clashes with Giron today. As expected, the German is the red-hot favourite to come out on top.

Giron has done well to get this far, seeing off French duo Corentin Moutet and Quentin Halys in the opening two rounds. This is the furthest the Californian has gone in London, but his journey could come to an end today.

Zverev is still riding on the crest of a wave after finally winning a Grand Slam. Having ticked off the French Open, can the 29-year-old go far in London? Zverev is one of the bookies’ favourites to go all the way.

Zverev, the No. 2 seed, edged past a stubborn Alexander Blockx in his opening game before cruising past Valentin Royer in round two. The world No. 3 will be looking for another comfortable victory today.

We fancy the French Open champion to secure his spot in the fourth round with ease. Zverev is priced at 8/13 with PricedUp to win in straight sets.

Our Prediction: Alexander Zverev to Win 3-0 – 8/13

Elise Mertens vs Elena Rybakina

Rybakina’s Wimbledon campaign continues when she goes up against Mertens in third-round action. The world No. 2 is the strong favourite to progress.

Mertens is no slouch, picking up ten career titles and reaching the Australian Open final back in 2018. So far at Wimbledon this year, the 30-year-old Belgian has beaten Laura Siegemund and Maria Timofeeva.

It has been four years since Rybakina’s memorable Wimbledon triumph, and the 27-year-old is desperate to get her hands back on the trophy. She is in fine form, winning the Australian Open at the start of the year.

Rybakina was made to work for her victory by Lois Boisson in round one, but the 27-year-old was back to her brilliant best against Caty McNally in the second round, winning 6-1, 6-2.

Mertens is more than good enough to grab a set against the world No. 2, but Rybakina’s qualities should shine through. We like the look of the 2-1 Rybakina victory at the tempting tennis odds of 3/1.

Our Prediction: Elena Rybakina to Win 2-1 – 3/1

Alexandra Eala vs Iga Swiatek

Iga Swiatek’s Wimbledon tournament gets back underway today, as the world No. 3 squares off against Eala at SW19. Sabalenka will back herself to reach the fourth round with no issues.

Eala has had a fine tournament so far, getting past Renata Zarazua and Maya Joint. However, today’s match against one of the world’s best will be a much sterner test for the 21-year-old.

Swiatek is one of the tournament favourites for a reason. The Polish ace picked up her first Wimbledon title last year, beating Madison Keys in the 2025 final. The world No. 3 is a six-time Grand Slam winner.

On her way to this third-round match against Eala, Swiatek has got the better of Taylor Townsend and Karolina Pliskova. The No. 3 seed should get the job done against Eala in the third round.

Swiatek is priced at just 1/4 to get the win, so we are backing the correct score. Check out PricedUp’s odds of 3/1 for the sensational Pole to seal a 2-1 victory.

Our Prediction: Iga Swiatek to Win 2-1 – 3/1
