Men’s Wimbledon Final Tips & Predictions
Jannik Sinner vs Alexander Zverev
Having picked up his first Wimbledon title last year, Sinner is desperate to retain the trophy. He has won four Grand Slam titles in his relatively short career, though his victory in the English capital in 2025 was his last.
After many failed attempts, Zverev finally got the monkey off his back and won his first Grand Slam event, defeating Flavio Cobolli in the 2026 French Open final last month. Can the German make it back-to-back major victories?
Looking at latest tennis odds market, 10Bet have Sinner, the current world No. 1, as the 2/11 favourite to get the win. As for Zverev, the French Open champion is available at 7/2 to prevail on the famous Centre Court.
Sinner’s record against Zverev has been exceptional over the past few years. The Italian won the first meeting back in 2020, but the German bounced back with four straight victories. Sinner has dominated since then, though, winning nine in a row.
The Route to the Final
Sinner has been the red-hot favourite to lift the trophy before and during the tournament. After a scare against Miomir Kecmanovic in the first round, the No. 1 seed responded with straight-set victories over Nuno Borges, Jenson Brooksby, and Shintaro Mochizuki to reach the quarter-finals.
Sinner squared off against Jan-Lennard Struff in the last eight, winning 7-5, 7-6, 6-3 to progress. He went up against the great Novak Djokovic in the semi-final, winning in straight sets to book his spot in another Grand Slam final.
Zverev got the better of Alexander Blockx, Valentin Royer, Marcos Giron, and Jiri Lehecka in the early rounds, dropping just two sets along the way. The No. 2 seed faced off against Taylor Fritz in the last eight, securing a routine 3-0 win.
British wildcard Arthur Fery has won over the Wimbledon crowd this year, reaching the semi-finals after several outstanding victories. The crowd were against Zverev in his semi-final meeting with Fery, but the German stayed professional to claim a comfortable three-set victory on Centre Court to book his place in his first Wimbledon final.
Sinner to Successfully Defend Crown?
All eyes have been on Sinner since the first ball was struck at the 2026 Wimbledon Championships. After a disappointing French Open, the world No. 1 means business in London, and he will take some stopping in the final.
Zverev is playing with all the confidence in the world. It was only a matter of time until the 29-year-old was to win a major, and he finally got the job done in Paris last month. Instead of resting on his laurels, Zverev looks hungry for even more success.
This will be the first Wimbledon meeting between the pair, but the pair have already locked horns on four occasions in 2026, with Sinner winning the lot. The most recent meeting was the 2026 Madrid Open final in May, with Sinner winning 6-1, 6-2 to claim another singles title on the ATP Tour.
In-form Zverev will no doubt play his part in what promises to be an entertaining Wimbledon final in England’s capital. However, we can see Sinner successfully retaining his crown. Check out 10Bet’s tennis odds of 14/5 for the world No. 1 to win by three sets to one.
Our Prediction: Jannik Sinner to Win 3-1 – 14/5
