In this EPL betting preview, we check out 10Bet’s latest odds and pick out our best Premier League predictions for today’s top-flight action.

Premier League Predictions Today

Both Everton and Man City are putting unbeaten records on the line today. City are top with maximum points, while the Toffees sit fifth with two wins and four draws.

Read on for our Premier League predictions using 10Bet’s latest odds.

Toffees to Draw Again?

Everton and Chelsea lock horns in Merseyside in today’s early Premier League kick off. Both teams have taken ten points from a possible 18.

No team in this season’s EPL have drawn more games than Everton (four). David Moyes’ men have made themselves hard to beat, but can they start turning those draws into three points? The Merseysiders have drawn four of their last five in the league.

Chelsea have blown hot and cold under new boss Xabi Alonso. The Blues have looked sensational in attack at times, but their defence has been far too vulnerable. After a 3-0 loss at Brentford, the Blues bounced back with a much-needed 5-1 home victory over Bournemouth last week.

Both will be gunning for all three points at the Hill Dickinson, but we can see the pair cancelling each other out. Back the draw and both teams to score at 10/3.

Best Bet: Draw & Both Teams to Score (10/3, 10Bet)

City to Bounce Back from European Embarrassment

Man City’s winning run came to an end in midweek, as Enzo Maresca’s men were comfortably beaten by Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League. Still, they have a 100% record in the EPL to protect.

Despite plenty of noise off the field, Man City picked up a superb victory against Liverpool last weekend. Helped by Ryan Gravenberch’s red card, goals from Erling Haaland, Jeremy Doku, and Rayan Cherki gave the Citizens a resounding 3-0 win at Anfield.

Ipswich have certainly held their own on their EPL return, winning three of their opening six matches. After last weekend’s dramatic victory over Fulham, the Tractor Boys find themselves in the top half of the Premier League table on nine points.

Ipswich are enjoying life back in the promised land, but this will be one of their toughest challenges of the season. City could dominate from start to finish, so take a punt on the hosts to win both halves at the solid Premier League odds of 27/20.

Best Bet: Manchester City to Win Both Halves (27/20, 10Bet)

Villa to Snatch the Points

In today’s late kick off, Newcastle and Aston Villa meet in an intriguing fixture at St James’ Park. Both teams have been below par this season, but the winners of this one could ignite their campaign.

Newcastle are still licking their wounds after Monday’s disconcerting 4-1 loss at Coventry City. The Magpies have lost 4-1 in two of their last three league games. However, they are unbeaten at home this term.

Aston Villa are showing signs of life after a slow start, winning three and drawing one of their last four in all competitions. In the Champions League in midweek, Unai Emery’s troops thumped Fenerbahçe 6-0 at Villa Park.

Newcastle were poor in Coventry on Monday, while Villa had a night to remember in the Champions League on Wednesday. We fancy the away team to snatch the points at St James’, and the Villa victory is nicely priced at 2/1 with 10Bet.

Best Bet: Aston Villa Win (2/1, 10Bet)
