Following their entertaining 2-2 draw with Bayern in the Champions League, Arsenal return to Premier League action this afternoon against Everton at the Emirates.

The Toffees have a terrible away record against the Gunners and my Arsenal vs Everton prediction is that run will continue here.

Arsenal vs Everton Odds

Unsurprisingly, Arsenal go into this one as heavy favourites with PricedUp.

1X2: Arsenal 1/2, Draw 3/1, Everton 11/2

Both Teams to Score: Yes EVS, No 7/10

Over/Under 2.5 Goals: Overs 17/20, Unders 10/11

It’s a quick turnaround for the hosts after Wednesday night’s match in Bavaria, so don’t be too surprised to see boss Mikel Arteta rotate his line-up for this one.

James’ Arsenal vs Everton predictions can be backed at PricedUp and odds are correct as of 8am on Saturday 24th October.

Arsenal have responded well to their 3-0 hammering from Brighton a month ago and it remains their only defeat in all competitions this season.

But the Premier League champions may well have to do without Bukayo Saka, who limped off on Wednesday night with a thigh injury.

Despite just two wins from their opening seven Premier League matches, Everton begin the weekend in eighth place.

It’s also important to note David Moyes’ dreadful away record against “Big Six” sides. In 122 matches, the Everton boss has picked up just eleven victories.

Arsenal vs Everton Prediction - Arsenal to Win to Nil @ 11/8

The overwhelming evidence points towards another home win.

Everton just don’t do enough on the road to convince me they can put a dent in this Arsenal side. The hosts haven’t lost at home since April, while the visitors have averaged barely over a goal per game on the road in the last 12 months or so.

Throw in Moyes’ miserable away record against the division’s elite and you have what should be a pretty straightforward Gunners win.

The only uncertainty lies in the possibility of Arteta rotating in a few positions, but even in reserve (as we’re going to touch on with my other best bets) they should still have too much here.
