Round 17 of the 2026 Formula One World Championship takes us to the Marina Bay Street Circuit for some Singaporean night racing.

It comes just a week after Max Verstappen’s superb victory in Malaysia and my Singapore Grand Prix prediction is for the four-time world champion’s Red Bull resurgence to continue, after collecting pole yesterday.

Singapore Grand Prix Odds

After a string of improved performances from the Red Bull, Verstappen goes into this one as a heavy favourite with PricedUp, ahead of runaway championship leader Kimi Antonelli.

Race Winner: Max Verstappen 4/9, Kimi Antonelli 11/1, Lando Norris 22/1, Lewis Hamilton 13/2, Charles Leclerc 5/1, George Russell 80/1.

Podium Finish: Max Verstappen 1/5, Kimi Antonelli 6/5, Lando Norris 2/1, Lewis Hamilton 8/15, Charles Leclerc 4/11, George Russell 9/1.

Verstappen’s win at the Bahrain Grand Prix followed back-to-back seconds in Spain and Azerbaijan, making him the form man on the grid.

But the Dutchman has never tasted victory on this circuit, with British drivers dominating the race over the past decade.

James’ Singapore Grand Prix Predictions are available to back at PricedUp and odds are correct as of 8am on Sunday 11th October.

We had to wait until round 16 for Verstappen’s first victory of 2026 and it sums up a season where the 29-year-old has had to grind out results in a Red Bull that has lacked power and reliability.

But the car is now showing genuine improvement and the curve of Verstappen’s results is moving sharply in the right direction:

It would take a serious collapse for Antonelli to fumble a first F1 World Championship crown, but he hasn’t quite had it all his own way after a lightening start to the campaign.

Singapore Grand Prix Prediction: Max Verstappen to Win @ 4/9

Momentum can be massive in Formula One and Verstappen has it in spades at the moment.

His improvement in the RB22 in recent weeks and months has been stark. The win in Malaysia may look like something of an outlier on paper, but it came on the back of several promising results and he now looks set for a serious tilt at the title next season.

He knows the 2026 championship is long gone, but the chance to lay further markers down is one he won’t want to turn down. This is deservedly Antonelli’s year, but the youngster knows that he just needs to pick up points and podiums to guide him safely home for the title.
