Weekend Acca Tips: Best Bets for Premier League

There is plenty of Premier League action over the weekend and that gives plenty of options to choose from when it comes to football acca tips. On Saturday, there are four Premier League tilts, four more on Sunday and one final clash on Monday. We’ll take a look around the league and give you some of our favorite acca tips to bolster your bankroll. Read on to get our take on the top matchups on the docket for this weekend.

Top Premier League Acca Tips – Players

Elliott Anderson, Nottingham Forest Over 0.5 Shots on Target (3.00): Nottingham Forest has had a rough go of things this season. They’ve had more managers (four) than wins at home (three) on the year. Speaking of playing at home, they’ve been snakebit. Just 5.7% of their shots on target finding the back of the net. Anderson has been proactive on the offensive end, firing 24 shots in his last nine matches. Getting solid value on him putting a shot on target here against Aston Villa is a solid addition to any potential acca that might be in play over the weekend.

Igor Thiago, Brentford Anytime Goal Scorer (2.36): While Brentford has struggled to put matches in the win column of late with three straight draws, one can’t blame Igor Thiago. On the season, Thiago has racked up 19 of Brentford’s 46 goals in Premier League action. He also tallied twice in FA Cup play and once in the Carabao Cup, giving him 22 goals on the year. That puts him second in the league for goals behind only Erling Haaland of Man City, who has a total of 33 goals (22 in Premier League, eight in Champions League, three in FA Cup) this year. If Brentford scores against Everton, expect it to come off the foot or head of Thiago.

Hugo Ekiteke, Liverpool Anytime Goal Scorer (2.00): We are pretty clear that we expect there to be plenty of offense in this one. While one might consider Mohamed Salah (2.54) as an option to score for Liverpool, Ekiteke is the better option. He leads the Reds in Premier League play with 11 goals. Ekiteke has three goals in Champions League play as well as three more in other action. With this one expected to have plenty of chances as both sides have been allergic to clean sheets, bank of Liverpool’s leading scorer to tally here.

Top Premier League Acca Tips – Matches

Liverpool vs. Fulham – Liverpool to win, Both Teams to Score (2.85): Liverpool is reeling right now and the seat of manager Arne Slot is getting hotter by the second. The Reds need to find a way to get back on track. There are suddenly six sides that are within six points of them for fifth place in the Premier League standings. Both teams have scored in six of the last seven meetings. If you’re leery of the Reds earning the win, you can always play both teams to score and Over 2.5 goals in this contest. That goes off at 1.87: both teams to score and Over 3.5 goals is going at 2.57 on the board.

Manchester City (2.08): Manchester City rolls in off blankings of Arsenal (in the Carabao Cup) and Liverpool (in the FA Cup) heading into this matchup. They entered the weekend nine points back of Arsenal for the top spot as we hit the home stretch of the Premier League season. Meanwhile, Chelsea was waxed by an 8-2 aggregate in the Champions League round of 16. They’ve dropped their last two Premier League matches. Their 7-0 whipping of Port Vale in FA Cup play means nothing. The Blues are crumbling on and off the pitch. Facing Man City is a bad matchup here. Look for Chelsea to falter again.

Brighton (1.66): Brighton has won four of their previous five matchups entering this one. That includes a 2-1 win over Liverpool their last time out. The only side to pick up more points in their last five matches than Brighton’s 12 is Arsenal as the Gunners have 13. Getting a crack at a Burnley squad that is 0-4-2 in their last six matches and poised for relegation is a good way to stay hot. Brighton stands 10th in the Premier League standings but stand just six points back of Liverpool for fifth place. Burnley isn’t capable of putting up much of a fight here. Brighton stays hot and adds another win to their ledger.
