The Premier League is back in action this weekend with match day 33 and we have you sorted with our best Premier League predictions for Saturday. There are five matches on the board for Saturday, followed  by four on Sunday and one on Monday.

We’ve taken a deeper dive into the action for Saturday on the pitch, so let’s take a look at the top Premier League betting tips for the action on tap. All odds are courtesy of BetNero and were current as of 3 am BST April 18.

Top Premier League Tips – Matches

Bournemouth vs. Newcastle Over 2.5 Goals and Both Teams to Score (2.19): Bournemouth is involved in some of the highest scoring matches in the Premier League this season. They have an average of 3.03 goals per match this year. That’s the second-highest average in the EPL, behind only Manchester United’s 3.19 per contest. Each of these squads have scored in 66% of their matches, which is tied for the second-highest rate in the league.

Both teams have scored in 16 of Newcastle’s last 17 matches. In 14 of those, the teams went over 2.5 combined goals. Bournemouth has seen both teams score 18 times this year. This has the potential to be a track meet.

Brighton (2.30): Brighton comes in with three straight victories and five of their last six. That includes downing Burnley last week 2-0. The Seagulls enter the weekend ninth in the table but they are just two points back of Chelsea for sixth place. Brighton gets a crack at Tottenham here, a side that seems primed for relegation as they are 18th in the table. After a decent start to the year, Tottenham is winless since the calendar flipped to 2026. The Spurs are a miserable 0-9-5 since January 1. Facing a Brighton squad with momentum is a bad matchup to try and get back on track. Take Brighton to avenge the 2-2 draw back on September 20, 2025 in the reverse fixture.

Manchester United vs. Chelsea Over 2.5 Goals and Both Teams to Score (2.29): As mentioned above, where Manchester United goes, goals follow. The Red Devils lead the Premier League as they have scored in 75% of their matches this season. Manchester United also has seen a league-high 3.19 goals per match this season. Eight of the last nine matches between these two squads have seen both teams score. That includes the first match this season between the teams. The Red Devils earned a 2-1 home triumph back on September 20, 2025.

Top Premier League Tips – Players

Alex Scott, Bournemouth Over 1.5 Shots (2.05): In a league of big names, Scott gets lost in the shuffle. He admittedly is probably underrated for his work in the midfield and he’s a key cog in Bournemouth’s attack. Scott has recorded 21 shot attempts in his last 11 matches. He’s logged at least two shots in nine of those games. With Newcastle a side that likes high-octane offense as well, he’ll generate his share of shots. If you’re concerned about volume, you can always take over 0.5 shots at 1.20 odds as well.

Igor Thiago, Brentford Anytime Goal Scorer (2.30): When it comes to finding the back of the net in Premier League action this season, Erling Haaland of Manchester City leads the way with 22 goals. Right on his heels is Thiago, who has 21 goals for the Bees. That includes a pair in Brentford’s 2-2 draw with Everton last Saturday. He has four goals in his last five Premier League matches. With the way he’s been clicking offensively, you know he’s a threat when he touches the ball. Thiago cashed for us last week. We’ll back him to do it again.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Leeds Over 0.5 Shots on Target (1.14): Calverto-Lewin is the top scoring threat for Leeds with 10 goals in EPL play. He has at least two shot attempts in nine of his last 12 matches this season. Calvert-Lewin has logged at least one shot on target in eight of those contests. He’s picked up two shots on target in three of those matches. Wolverhampton hasn’t been great defensively this season so Calvert-Lewin should get his opportunities on net here. If you want to ladder him up, 1.5 shots on target is going at 1.85, while over 2.5 shot attempts is at 1.30 as of this writing.
