Thomas Tuchel’s England are back in UEFA Nations League action tonight, facing Czech Republic at an expectant Wembley Stadium.

Fresh from their stunning victory in Rijeka, the Three Lions are looking for another three points to take them a step closer to the Nations League quarter-finals.

Three Lions Hit Croatia for Seven

England put in a dominant display in Croatia at the weekend, hammering Slaven Bilic’s men 7-0 at the Stadion HNK Rijeka.

The English ran riot, with Harry Kane (2), Bukayo Saka (2), Jude Bellingham, Anthony Gordon, and Morgan Rogers getting the goals in the huge win.

Thomas Tuchel’s boys have responded well from the 3-2 home loss to Spain in game one. They have won their following two Nations League matches to move on to six points, scoring nine and conceding none away from home.

Spain are top and look nailed on to win League A, Group 3. The Spaniards have been faultless so far, but the crunch game against England in Madrid next month promises to be a cracker.

While the English welcome the Czechs to London, Spain are in Split tonight taking on the wounded Croatians. It could be another long night for Bilic’s Blazers.

Can Tuchel’s Troops Return to Winning Ways at Wembley?

England cruised to a 2-0 victory in Prague last week. After a goalless first period, Gordon opened the scoring two minutes after the break, and Kane doubled their advantage in the 69th minute.

After losing in the semi-finals of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, winning the Nations League would certainly ease the disappointment.

The Three Lions have never won the tournament, though they did finish third in the inaugural edition back in 2019. How far can they go this time?

After such a sensational attacking performance in Croatia, England are looking to keep the momentum going with another three points tonight. They will all but secure a top-two place with a win at Wembley.
