UFC 330 takes place at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Pennsylvania on August 15th. The Welterweight clash between Islam Makhachev and Ian Machado Garry tops the bill.

We have an impressive card to look forward to in Philadelphia, with two title fights taking place. Check out our UFC 330 props, picks, and tips.

Makhachev & Machado Garry Battle in Headline Bout

The standout fight of the night is the UFC Welterweight Championship clash between champion Makhachev and challenger Machado Garry. Makhachev is being tipped to keep his crown, but can the Irishman cause an upset?

Makhachev has held the UFC Welterweight Championship since defeating Jack Della Maddalena at UFC 322 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. In doing so, he tied the longest winning streak in UFC history (16 fights).

The 34-year-old Russian has been a dominant force since turning professional in 2010, winning 28 of 29 pro bouts. The champion will be a tough nut to crack for Machado Garry in Pennsylvania.

Makhachev is the 1/4 favourite to win the fight, and we can see the champion winning the main event in style.

Our Prediction: Islam Makhachev to win – 1/4

Who Will Win the Women’s Strawweight Championship Fight?

While the Makhachev-Machado Garry fight tops the bill, many eyes will be on the Women’s Strawweight Championship bout between Mackenzie Dern and Gillian Robertson.

Dern is the reigning champion after beating Virna Jandiroba by unanimous decision in a vacant championship battle at UFC 321 in Abu Dhabi last October. The champion will relish putting her belt on the line in Philly.

Having won five fights in a row since the Tabatha Ricci loss in June 2023, Robertson deserves her crack at the UFC Women’s Strawweight Championship title. The Canadian may be the underdog at UFC 330, but she will fancy her chances of springing a surprise.

Both women have impressive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu styles, which should make for a fascinating fight at Xfinity Mobile Arena. However, the champion could edge it. Check out 10Bet’s 21/50 for Dern to retain the belt.

Our Prediction: Mackenzie Dern to win – 21/50
