Evloev to Win the Main Event

The two-time and reigning UFC Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski takes on undefeated Movsar Evloev in the headline event of the evening.

Volkanovski endured a tough spell from February 2023 to February 2024, suffering three defeats in four fights. However, he won the vacant belt against Diego Lopes in Florida in April 2025 and successfully defended his crown against the same opponent at UFC 325 last February.

Evloev is widely considered one of the best featherweight fighters in the business, and the No. 1 contender will be eager to showcase his incredible talents in Abu Dhabi tonight. The 32-year-old is desperate to wear the gold around his waist.

The Russian has an impeccable MMA record, winning 20 out of 20 since making his pro debut in 2014. His last fight took place in London, England, in March, with Evloev defeating Lerone Murphy in a UFC Featherweight title eliminator to set up this title matchup.

The sportsbooks are having a tough time splitting these two top fighters. The champion is available at -115, while the challenger is currently at -105.

Volkanovski has vast experience, with the two-time champion having 32 pro bouts since 2012. However, Evloev is unbeaten, and we can see the challenger leaving Abu Dhabi with the belt. Check out BetMGM’s UFC betting odds of -105 for Evloev to come out on top.

Best Bet: Movsar Evloev to Win (-105, BetMGM)

Dvalishvili to Win Back Belt

In the bantamweight division tonight, Petr Yan and Merab Dvalishvili square off in the Octagon once again. This trilogy bout is for the UFC Bantamweight Championship belt, which Yan currently holds.

The first fight between the pair in November 2024 went Dvalishvili’s way, with the Georgian-American winning by unanimous decision in Las Vegas. However, Yan got revenge at UFC 323 last December, winning by decision to get his hands back on the UFC Bantamweight Championship belt. What will unfold in the trilogy fight?

Since the loss to Dvalishvili in 2023, Yan has bounced back with four straight wins. As for Dvalishvili, he was on an incredible 14-match winning streak before losing to Yan in Vegas at the end of 2025.

This is another fascinating UFC fight tonight that could go either way. Dvalishvili is the second favorite, but we are backing the 35-year-old to win back his title. Dvalishvili to win by decision/technical decision stands out at +175.

Best Bet: Merab Dvalishvili to Win by Decision/Technical Decision (+175, BetMGM

Temirov to See Off Englishman

Lone’er Kavanagh and Ramazan Temirov battle in a fascinating flyweight fight tonight. Kavanagh lost last time out, while Temirov is gunning for a 13th straight victory.

Kavanagh started his pro MMA career with nine consecutive wins before losing to Charles Johnson. He responded by beating Brandon Moreno, but the Englishman lost to Brandon Royval in July.

Temirov had a sticky spell from 2017 to 2019, but his form has been exceptional since. The Uzbek heads to Abu Dhabi having won 12 in a row. At UFC Fight Night: Ankalaev vs. Guskov in July, the 29-year-old knocked out Steve Erceg.

This bout is also extremely hard to call. There is virtually nothing to split the pair in the betting, but we are just siding with a win for in-form Temirov (-115).

Best Bet: Ramazan Temirov to Win (-115, BetMGM)

Volkov’s Extra Experience to Shine Through?

Alexander Volkov and Rizvan Kuniev meet in the Octagon in a heavyweight clash tonight. It will no doubt be a bruising battle between two Russian powerhouses, but who will come out on top in the capital?

Volkov heads to the Etihad Arena as the favorite to leave with a win. After losing to Ciryl Gane by split decision at UFC 310 in Nevada back in 2024, the 38-year-old has bounced back with victories over Jailton Almeida and Waldo Cortes-Acosta.

Kuniev has also hit back from a loss with back-to-back wins. The 34-year-old defeated Almeida before securing a TKO victory over Tyrell Fortune in July, claiming the Fight of the Night tag in the process.

There are many similarities between the two Russians, as both are rangy boxers and pressure fighters, and their matching styles just add extra spice to the occasion. Volkov may be the fancied fighter, but Kuniev is more than capable.

Overall, Volkov has had 51 professional MMA matches since his career began in 2009, winning 40. As for Kuniev, he has won 14 of his 19 fights since 2011.

Despite being just four years older, Volkov has far more experience in the Octagon. That could give him the edge in this intriguing all-Russian heavyweight tussle. Our money is going on “Drago” at -125.

Best Bet: Alexander Volkov to Win (-125, BetMGM)
