TNF Week 6 NFL Parlay Picks: How to Maximize Bets in Tonight's Eagles and Giants Clash
Written By Blaise Bourgeois | Last Updated at October 9, 2025
It feels like an eternity since football was on the air, but Thursday Night Football is finally here and is delivering a classic NFC East matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants. Depending on where you look right now (as of the evening of October 8th), the Eagles are 7 or 7.5-point favorites.
With a rivalry that dates back to 1933, there's no shortage of bad blood between the two teams. There's also no shortage of data to scour through. So, let's take a look at some of the best parlay bets that could offer you some huge upside to kick off your NFL Week 6.
Week 4 Jaxson Dart
- Leg 1: Giants ML
- Leg 2: Jaxson Dart Anytime TD
- Leg 3: Cam Skattebo Anytime TD
📊 Parlay Odds: +2477 (via FanDuel) ⭐
Alright, so we're not really expecting Jaxson Dart and the Giants to go in there and upset the Eagles. But then again, they were 6.5-to-7 point underdogs against the Chargers in Week 4 and pulled off the victory. So who knows what's possible anymore?
If the Giants are going to pull off a major upset, they'll need contributions from Cam Skattebo and Jaxson Dart. Dart has rushed for over 50 yards in each of his first two NFL starts, and could eventually become one of the best dual-threat quarterbacks in the league.
Meanwhile, Skattebo has become a major focal point of the Giants offense, touching the ball 48 times in the last two weeks and catching six passes in two of the last three games. While he's only hit paydirt twice, Skattebo touching the ball early and often can only be a sign of big things to come.
With Malik Nabers out for the season and Darius Slayton ruled out for Week 6, the Giants must come through on the ground.
Eagles Tush Push to Victory
- Leg 1: Eagles -7.5
- Leg 2: Jalen Hurts 2+ TDs
- Leg 3: Saquon Barkley Anytime TD
📊 Parlay Odds: +1105 (via FanDuel) ⭐
It's actually absurd to think that Jalen Hurts already has 59 career rushing touchdowns in his first 71 starts in the NFL, which includes 16 multi-touchdown games. Hurts pulled off the feat against the Giants at MetLife Stadium last season, and there's no reason why he can't do it again.
It'll also be Saquon Barkley's second time back at MetLife to face his former team, and there's little doubt he'll be motivated to put on another show. Last October, in the aforementioned 28-3 win over the G-Men, Barkley ran wild for 176 yards and a touchdown on just 17 carries.
The Giants defense ranks 22nd in the league, having allowed 25.4 points per game through the first five games of the season, even though they've faced a pretty average strength of schedule thus far. They currently rank 26th against the run game, having allowed 140 yards per game on the ground so far. It's not looking very good for the Giants.
If you want to make this parlay extra juicy, you can add Eagles backup running back AJ Dillon anytime touchdown and turn this +1105 ticket into a +21000 monster. The game would likely have to be over by the third quarter for this to present itself as a possibility.
Keeping It Close
- Leg 1: Giants +7.5
- Leg 2: Under 40.5
- Leg 3: Jaxson Dart 1+ INT
- Leg 4: Jalen Hurts 1+ INT
📊 Parlay Odds: +1300 (via DraftKings) ⭐
New Customers: Bet $5+ Get $300 in Bonus Bets If Your Bet Wins + 3 Months of League Pass On Us! The Giants are going to have to force at least one turnover and keep the score low to keep this game close. It's really as simple as that.
With a rookie quarterback making his third career start against one of the league's best defenses, we're already expecting Jaxson Dart to have at least one mistake.
The Eagles have been a completely different defense whenever Jalen Carter is either out or less than 100%. He's popped up on the Eagles injury report with a heel injury and is considered questionable.
Offensive Explosion
- Leg 1: Eagles ML
- Leg 2: Over 40.5
- Leg 3: Jalen Hurts Anytime TD
- Leg 4: Saquon Barkley Anytime TD
- Leg 5: AJ Brown Anytime TD
- Leg 6: Cam Skattebo Anytime TD
- Leg 7: Jaxson Dart Anytime TD
📊 Parlay Odds: +17737 (via FanDuel) ⭐
Alright, we admit it. This is a bit out there and probably the least likely game script of all. But if these two teams get into a scoring duel, these five players are the major contributors on the field.
Mind you, with just two Giants touchdowns on this NFL parlay, this could hit even if the Eagles blow out the Giants.
At over 177-to-1, this Hail Mary is worth throwing a dart at.
