TNF Injury Report: Robinson Update

Atlanta’s TNF injury report has not changed since the week kicked off. Robinson (hamstring) and right tackle Kaleb McGary (knee) were limited in Monday and Tuesday’s practice estimations. The Falcons will not conduct a complete practice session until Wednesday.

Moreover, wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud (ankle) was also limited. Linebacker Troy Andersen (knee) has been the only non-participant this week.

Given that Robinson’s status on the TNF injury report is amid a short week, Atlanta may allow him to heal up. In that case, backup Tyler Allgeier could be an option for those considering a wager on anytime touchdown odds. Allgeier had his biggest opportunity in Week 4, generating five carries for 60 yards and corralling both targets for 20 yards. He also accrued a season-high 38% of the backfield snaps.

Buccaneers’ Injuries Piling Up

Although Robinson’s injury designation hasn’t been cleared up, Bucs wideout Mike Evans (knee/calf) was deemed limited on Tuesday. According to reports, Evans appears to be the likelier candidate to suit up in this divisional affair.

In contrast, the rest of the roster has many unknowns. Defensive lineman Calijah Kancey (calf), fellow wide receiver Trey Palmer (concussion), and safety Antoine Winfield Jr. (foot) were listed as non-participants. If Winfield remains sidelined, Kirk Cousins and Co. could rebound through the air after compiling just 6.8 yards per attempt (YPP) against the Saints.
