Thursday Night Football Odds: Commanders At Bears

To bet on the game, click the odds in the table below. You can toggle between spread, moneyline, total, or a blended view from the dropdown menu.

FanDuel’s No-Sweat Same Game Parlay

Opt into FanDuel’s No-Sweat Same Game Parlay under the “promos” tab or NFL odds section on the app or site. FD offers an easy way to build SGPs right there on the page. It removes the headache of manually inputting legs just to be given the, “Sorry, you can’t parlay these sections” alert.

New users need to download the FanDuel Sportsbook app and create an account to be eligible for this promo.

If your parlay hits, you reap the rewards. If your parlay loses, FanDuel will refund your account with free bets up to $1,000. It must be a 3+ leg SGP with +400 odds or longer (IE +450 or +500 would qualify). Free bets for losing parlays will appear in your account within 72 hours. The free bet expires in seven days.

While you don’t have to be located in a legal state to create your free account or make your first deposit, you must be located in a legal sports betting state to place your SGP. can also show you the other best parlay apps available in your state.

Commanders At Bears Same Game Parlay Strategy

When it comes to building SGPs, you want to increase your likelihood of winning as much as possible. In parlays, that means picking correlated legs where, if one hits, it increases the likelihood of your second and third legs hitting.

When you pick inversely-correlated legs, you may be looking at a larger payout, but you won’t get that payout if your parlay legs fly directly in the face of each other. For example, picking a team to win outright but also under their team total directly conflict with one another. Chances are, if an underdog wins the game, they scored more points or held the other team to fewer points than usual.

Parlaying Correlated Legs

In three of five games this year, Carson Wentz has thrown for at least 300 yards. The two defenses he faced when he was held to under that mark: The Cowboys (fifth in dropback success rate allowed) and the Eagles (ninth). The Bears rank 26th in passing success rate allowed, below both Tennessee and Jacksonville that Wentz eclipsed 300 yards on.

Despite the lethargic pace Chicago plays at, Wentz shouldn’t have trouble throwing the ball on them and accumulating yards. The first leg of the parlay would be Wentz over 220.5 passing yards (-114).

Our team’s NFL power rankings slot Washington above Chicago, and if I had to pick a side, it’d be the Commanders. Parlaying Wentz over his passing yards with his team to also win is a fruitful effort. The second leg added is Washington ML (-108).

That would be a good SGP right there with the two legs, but FanDuel’s no-sweat SGP requires three legs. Finding a third is tough to do and greatly decreases your chances of cashing.

Finally, with razor-thin margins like WAS +1 or PK (depending where you look), oddsmakers expect this to be a game in the second half. Should it remain close in the second half, Washington is going to need to score. Therefore, my final leg of the parlay– and one that correlates positively with Commanders outright– is Washington scoring more than 9.5 points in the second half (-106).

That brings a total three leg parlay to +421 odds:

  • Commanders ML (-108)
  • Carson Wentz OVER 220.5 passing yards (-114)
  • Commanders OVER 9.5 second-half points (-106)
