Tiger Woods Odds Reach New Peak
Before the 2022 PGA Championship was underway, sportsbooks traded Woods at +8000 to win it. This time around, he’s as high as to win the Genesis Invitational.
Woods will make his first PGA TOUR start since The Open in July 2022. It’s also his first non-Major start since the 2020 ZOZO Championship. His chances of coming up victorious are clearly slim, but you can price shop on whether he’ll make or miss the cut. Those odds are as follows.

According to Jeff Sherman, the vice president of risk management at the Westgate SuperBook, Woods has taken “sharp money” to miss the cut, go OVER his first-round score, and withdraw before the tournament’s conclusion.
“We’ve already written more tickets on the cut prop than we do on some Super Bowl props,” Sherman said.
On the flip side, John Rahm () is the favorite to win the Genesis Invitational. He finished third at the Waste Management Phoenix Open on Sunday. McIlroy (), Scottie Scheffler (), and Thomas () follow suit on the odds board.
Scheffler just claimed his fifth win on tour at Waste Management. In the last calendar year, he even owns 14 top-10 finishes, a green jacket, the No. 1 spot in the World Golf Ranking, and a mere $29 million profit.
