They’re a historic franchise with a knack for winning and a willingness to pay a lot of money. However, the Cubs are making splashes and could be eyeing the biggest one of the offseason. The MLB Winter Meetings begin Dec. 3 in Nashville and run for four days. This year, the winter meetings will really be the bidding war for Ohtani’s services.
