Seahawks vs Rams: Best Picks, Odds, and Predictions
Written By Blaise Bourgeois | Published at November 16, 2025
All eyes will be on Los Angeles in the NFL's Sunday late window as the Seattle Seahawks take on the Los Angeles Rams in what could legitimately be an NFC Championship preview. This battle between two 7-2 teams will also determine who takes the lead in the NFC West and who will stay in contention for the #1 overall seed in the conference.
Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford (+250 via Caesars Sportsbook) is tied with Patriots quarterback Drake Maye as the favorite to win the NFL MVP award. Sam Darnold has been a miraculous surprise in Seattle, in what many thought would be a rebuilding year. He's currently +1100 (via Caesars Sportsbook) to win MVP, behind only Stafford, Maye, Jonathan Taylor, Patrick Mahomes, and Josh Allen.
Many of the biggest NFL storylines will twist one way or the other as a result of tonight's phenomenal matchup. We'll go over the game lines and review the Seahawks-Rams best player props, game line picks, and we'll give you our Seahawks-Rams best parlay of the day.
Game Lines
Los Angeles Rams -3 (-110)
📊 Odds via FanDuel
Simply put, the Rams have much more experience in these types of games. Matthew Stafford is a Super Bowl-winning quarterback who's been there and done that. Davante Adams, although he's less than 100%, is still one of the best who's ever done it.
While Cooper Kupp may be relishing this matchup in his first game against his former team, the explosive Seahawks receiving corps may just fall short, especially if Rasheed Shaheed can't contribute.
Over 48.5 Points (-112)
📊 Odds via Caesars Sportsbook
Great quarterbacks. Great running backs. Great wide receivers. Who cares how the defenses will impact this game, because these two offenses are just too good.
While the over is a bit high, we could see this game finishing over 60 points.
Player Props
Matthew Stafford 300+ Passing Yards (+203)
📊 Odds via DraftKings
Matthew Stafford is, quite possibly, having the greatest season of his career. He's seemingly flirting with 300 yards every game and has thrown for 25 touchdowns against just two interceptions.
Seattle's passing defense is nothing special. Even with Davante Adams at less than 100%, Puka Nacua should be in for a huge game.

📊 Odds via FanDuel
Alright, we may be getting a little ahead of ourselves here. But the recipe for success is there, and he's already eclipsed 10 catches and 100 yards in three games this season with a fully healthy Davante Adams in the lineup.
Nacua has quietly increased his yards per game every season since his breakout 1,486-yard rookie campaign. In fact, this season, he's averaging about 10 yards more per game than in 2023. Like Stafford, you should take a deep shot for Nacua all day today.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba 120+ Receiving Yards (+120)
📊 Odds via Caesars Sportsbook
You really thought we were going to blab through this whole article without mentioning JSN? He's already reached 1,000 receiving yards for the season, and he still has eight games to play! JSN's worst receiving output this season was for 79 yards against the Cardinals, while he's exceeded 100 yards on six occasions already.
He's averaging 115.7 yards per game and is going up against a below-average pass defense in what should be a shootout. He's going to be fed, and fed often.
