Giants - Commanders Same Game Parlay Options

This could be a battle of the backup QBs. The Giants certainly start without Jaxson Dart, who is rated as an outside chance to play some part in postseason if the Giants get there; he’ll be replaced by Jameis Winston. Jayden Daniels is day-to-day right now but hopes to play - if he’s out, he’ll be understudied by seventh-round rookie Athan Kaliakmanis in what would be a baptism of fire for the rookie. Check injury reports before making your picks, as the difference between a first-string QB and a third (Commanders #2 Marcus Mariota is also injured).

What we wouldn’t touch until game day is any props on interceptions or sacks; these can vary wildly upwards the more inexperienced a QB is. Instead, given that they’ll both have had to plan for edge cases, we’d look to back the Giants on the moneyline - they’re a better all-round team - as well as picking Cam Skattebo to top 100 rushing yards given that he’s in line for more reps with Dart out. We’d also expect some shakiness in both offenses and a low-scoring game, so with the Over/Under set at 43.5 total points, we’d take the Under.
