The big Marvel movies of 2026 are dominating the Culture trades at Kalshi today. OK, we can also factor in 'The Odyssey' and its predicted box office takings (hint: it will be huge).

However, there is also a range of Marvel superhero markets surrounding the new Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ film, currently wowing global audiences.

Today, we round up some of the interesting trending and emerging Marvel movie markets for you to trade on.

Let’s look a little closer at some of the big Marvel trades dominating the prediction markets right now. Don’t forget to check the ‘New’ markets just emerging, track the Reddit buzz, and browse the entertainment pages to see which acting rumors are taking hold.

Highest-Grossing Movie of the Year

2026 is one of the most intriguing years for box-office-busting movies since 2023’s “Barbenheimer” craze saw both ‘Barbie’ and ‘Oppenheimer’ perform well at the box office.

This year, it’s a straight fight for supremacy between the new ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ outing for Peter Parker and the big one at Christmas.

No, not ‘Dune’, but ‘Avengers: Doomsday’, with Robert Downey Jr. returning as Doctor Doom.

Spidey has the jump on Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’ by about $600,000 according to current Box Office Mojo figures. A Christmas release for ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ will probably scupper its chances of overhauling either film.

Who Will Be in the ‘Black Panther 3’ Cast?

Let’s turn our attention to a new market at Kalshi: the cast for the upcoming ‘Black Panther’ sequel.

It was announced in July that ‘Black Panther 3’ would be rolling into production before 2028. David Jonsson will assume the role of Prince T’Challa/Black Panther, with Denzel Washington also confirmed in an as-yet unidentified role.

It’s open season on Kalshi to find the rest of the cast. And traders have been tentatively making value plays on some of the biggest African-American stars.

At the moment, this is very much a watch-and-wait market as rumors start swirling. It’s also a good time to make some cheap ‘Yes’ buys before selling if a casting director goes on the record.

X-Men: New Film, New Cast

We end our trending prediction markets news for today with another long-term speculative play.

Marvel Studios will be putting a new X-Men movie into production in the next year or two. You can now trade on who will appear in the latest series of adventures featuring Wolverine, Professor X, and Cyclops.

Naturally, Hugh Jackman features – a current coinflip to appear at 50% – as do hot-right-now actors Charles Melton (‘Glee’) and Ayo Edebiri (‘The Bear’).

This is very much a watch-and-wait market. We do know that some X-Men characters will be appearing in ‘Avengers: Doomsday’. By then, we’ll have a better idea of who could feature in their own standalone X-Men film.

‘Stranger Things’ actress, Sadie Sink, will appear in ‘Avengers: Doomsday’, so the 98% buy is a lock.
