We're back and looking at the best prediction markets news today on Kalshi! In this series, we won't necessarily stick to just sports. We'll look at all the markets trending for trades on Kalshi and put a little context behind each one. Happy weekend, everybody — there's plenty of news and rumors circulating around the world, so let's dive into the action.

Prediction Markets News Today for July 11

Let's start with the music industry, because a highly anticipated hip-hop album dropped Friday from one of the most influential artists of his era.

Future — the Atlanta-based rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer who's been a genre-shaping force since breaking out in the early 2010s — released his new album, The Real Me. Kalshi has a market called "First-week album-equivalent units," and there's a wide menu of outcomes to trade, anywhere from roughly 20,000 units up to 300,000 units, with a decent amount of volume behind it.

The timeframe on this one is specific, covering the tracking week of July 10 through July 16, 2026. A few notable details fuel the market: The Real Me is Future's tenth solo studio album. It spans 22 tracks, and it famously carries no guest features.

Even without features, the production credits are stacked, including Pharrell Williams, ATL Jacob, Southside, Wheezy, and TM88, among others.

Future's album dropped squarely in the midst of an exciting stretch for hip-hop enthusiasts, capping a genuinely busy summer for the genre. The season's biggest splash came from Drake, who broke the internet in May by dropping not one but three albums at once — Iceman, Habibti, and Maid of Honour — all arriving the same night.

It's also been a blast from the past with a wave of veterans who ruled the 2000s: T.I. released Kill the King, billed as the final album of his career, while Rick Ross is gearing up to drop Set in Stone. Add Future to the mix, and it's a stacked run for names that have helped shape the last two decades of rap.

Kalshi Entertainment: "Moana" Rotten Tomatoes Score?

Now to the movie scene. Disney's live-action Moana hit theaters Friday, starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson reprising his role as the demigod Maui alongside newcomer Catherine Laga'aia in the title role.

There's real anticipation here, since the franchise had only existed in animated form until now — this live-action reimagining adds a new twist to the Disney legacy.

This one's a full-circle moment for Johnson, a decade after first voicing the character in the 2016 animated original. Directed by Thomas Kail and carrying a PG rating, the film walks into theaters with one big question hanging over it — can a live-action remake recapture the magic (and the box office) of the animated films fans already adore?

Kalshi offers an entertainment market called "'Moana' Rotten Tomatoes score?" and, much like the Future units market, there's a full range of scores you can pick from and trade. The disclaimer to know: the market resolves "Yes" if Moana has a Tomatometer score above 35 on July 13, 2026, at 10 a.m. EST.

Time will tell how this one trades and whether the film lives up to the hype.

That's a wrap on today's top prediction markets. Good luck, and let's trade some event contracts on Kalshi!
