Rockstar Games’ long-awaited video game sequel must be one of the most hotly-anticipated games of all time.

The prediction markets recognize this, with not one, but several enticing contracts on release date, next trailer, and Game of the Year prospects.

Traders have been making ‘GTA6’ predictions since Rockstar Games announced the title was in pre-production.

GTA fans have become used to disappointment before, with release delays making traders cautious about buying ‘Yes’ shares on a 2026 rollout. Here are some of the best ‘GTAVI’ markets at Kalshi today.

‘GTAVI’: Nailed on for a November 19 Release?

The Kalshi market on GTAVI’s release date has now passed $4 million. Wary traders have been stung before on previous GTA games.

However, Take Two CEO, Strauss Zelnick, confirmed in an interview over the summer that November 19, 2026 would be the release date.

Then, pre-orders of the game began on 25 June. And Netflix will be broadcasting an ‘Extended Look’ of the game on 27 August.

Still, Kalshi traders have the ‘Yes’ on ‘Before December 2026’ at 85%. That prices in a little caution if there are any last-minute hiccups.

Kalshi is strict on this market. It resolves when a “new trailer” drops. However, it must have the “trailer” designation for the market resolve to qualify.

Plus, trailers need only be 30 seconds or more. That factors in TikTok, social media channels, or YouTube.

Don’t expect anything to arrive before the Extended Look on 27 August. After that, you’ll have four weeks to find a trailer before your ‘Before October 2026’ market pays up.

Of course, The Game Awards can throw up a surprise or two. Last year, French indie curio, ‘Clair Obscur: Expedition 33’ took the prize ahead of bigger-budget rivals like ‘Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’. Could that happen again this year?
