#1-#16 Duke vs. Sienna Prediction Markets
There have only been two 16-seed upsets over 1-seeds in NCAA Tournament history, and this won't be another one. Sienna has had a strong season, but just won't have the talent to keep up with Duke. Cameron Boozer (22.5 PPG & 10.2 RPG) will have a big first half, and the Blue Devils will win big, resting their stars in the second half.

#8-#9 Ohio State vs. TCU Predictions Markets
One of the most exciting round of 64 matchups is Ohio State against TCU, as both teams are peaking at the right time. The Buckeyes have a strong star duo with Bruce Thornton (20.2 PPG & 5.1 RPG) and John Mobley (15.7 PPG) carrying a heavy load. While TCU has more depth, it lacks a set of elite go-to players like Ohio State. This one will be close, but we favor Thornton's elite-level scoring to help the Buckeyes find a way to win.

#5-#12 St. Johns vs. Northern Iowa Predictions Markets
St. John's is coming off an electric Big East Conference Tournament championship run. While Northern Iowa has a strong history as an upset special. Ali Farokhmanesh is not walking through the door, though, for the Panthers. Legendary coach Rick Pitino will have the Red Storm ready, and there is no chance they get upset in the first round.
| Kalshi Market | Yes | No |
| St. John's to Win | Yes 84¢ | No 17¢ |
| Northern Iowa to Win | Yes 18¢ | No 83¢ |

#4-#13 Kansas vs. CA Baptist Predictions Markets
Most fans would assume that potential lottery pick Darryn Peterson would be the highest level score in Kansas' first round matchup. That is not the case, though, as CA Baptist's Dominque Daniels (23.2 PPG) is a top-five leading scorer in all of college basketball. Daniels will likely have a big game, but that won't be enough for the Lancers to pull off the upset unless Peterson for Kansas isnt 100% healthy, as he struggled to stay on the floor all season.

$10 Bonus #6-#11 Louisville vs. South Florida Predictions Markets
If there is an upset brewing in the East Region of the NCAA Tournament, it could be this matchup between Louisville and South Florida. Louisville ends the season battling injuries, and if some of its guys aren't a full go, South Florida can take advantage. The Cardinals' front court has been a weakness all season, too, and South Florida's Izaiyah Nelson (15.7 PPG & 9.6 RPG) is a handful in the paint, which could spell trouble for Louisville.
| Kalshi Market | Yes | No |
| Louisville to Win | Yes 68¢ | No 33¢ |
| USF to Win | Yes 34¢ | No 67¢ |
| Louisville Wins by Over 6.5 points | Yes 45¢ | No 56¢ |

#3-#14 Michigan State vs. North Dakota State Predictions Markets
January, February, IZZO, a long-accustomed term this time of year. Tom Izzo regularly does more with less, and this year, he has a pretty talented veteran-led team. The Spartans are poised for a deep run, and while NDSU is solid, it's doubtful they give Michigan State much trouble.
| Kalshi Market | Yes | No |
| Michigan State to Win | Yes 93¢ | No 8¢ |
| NDSU to Win | Yes 9¢ | No 92¢ |
| Michigan State Wins by Over 16.5 points | Yes 51¢ | No 51¢ |

$10 Bonus #7-#10 UCLA vs. UCF Predictions Markets
This one is going to be a battle between the Bruins and the Knights. The key to watch in this matchup is UCLA's health. Their top two scorers, Tyler Bilodeau (17.6 PPG & 5.6 RPG) and Donovan Dent (13.5 PPG & 7.6 APG), both left the Big Ten Tournament injured. If either player is limited, UCF will likely win this one. Even if both players are a full go, this one will be a battle, and make sure to keep an eye on the probabilities at Kalshi as player availability becomes known.
| Kalshi Market | Yes | No |
| UCLA to Win | Yes 69¢ | No 33¢ |
| UCF to Win | Yes 33¢ | No 68¢ |
| UCLA Wins by Over 6.5 points | Yes 47¢ | No 55¢ |
| Over 153.5 Points Scored | Yes 50¢ | No 53¢ |
Where/When to Watch UCLA vs. UCF: Fri. March 20, 7:25 p.m. TBS
UCLA vs. UCF Location: Xfinity Mobile Arena, Philadelphia, PA
#2-#15 UConn vs. Furman Predictions Markets
UConn had a disappointing result to finish the Big East Tournament, getting handled by St. John's. That spells bad news for Furman because a motivated UConn team is not to be trifled with. Consistency has been their problem, but they have handled business against lesser opponents this season and should again vs. Furman.
| Kalshi Market | Yes | No |
| UConn to Win | Yes 96¢ | No 5¢ |
