Should you go with your gut and think that reviewers will rate the sequel as highly as its predecessor, a ‘Yes’ at $0.82 makes perfect sense.

Director Yamazaki said in an interview that they were concerned about making ‘Godzilla Minus Zero’ an R, rather than toning down the violence and going for a PG-13. That may harm the box office, but it shouldn’t have a bearing on the final Tomatometer score.
