Plus500 Promo Code For August 2026

Written By Chris Kubala , Sports Writer

If you’ve heard about Plus500’s prediction market product, you’d probably be wondering what bonuses it offers its new and existing traders. We’ve also seen questions about whether event contract traders need a Plus500 promo code for the offer.

There’s currently no trading bonus for prediction market trading at the site, but there’s a first deposit bonus for the site’s Futures traders. Our review describes how the site’s prediction market product works and how to use it without a trading bonus. You’ll also find answers to relevant questions about promo codes at Plus500. Keep reading.

How does Plus500 work?

Plus500 is a multinational fintech company that offers trading products and services. These include share dealing, Options on Futures, Contracts for Difference, Futures trading, and, more recently in the US, prediction markets. It’s on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) Main Market for Listed Companies and is included on the FTSE 250 Index.

Plus500 has access to the American market through one of its US subsidiaries, Plus500US Financial Services LLC, which is a member of the National Futures Association and the CME Group. Its Plus500 Futures site is powered by another US subsidiary called Plus500 US Ltd, which is licensed to offer trading services through Plus500US Financial Services LLC.

So, how does the site offer its prediction market product? Keep reading.

How prediction markets work at Plus500

In February 2026, Plus500 launched a prediction market product in the US on its Plus500 Futures site. It was able to do this by partnering with Kalshi, a Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)- regulated prediction market exchange in the US. Basically, the prediction markets you find at Plus500 Futures are provided by Kalshi, and this allows traders to trade on either Futures contracts or reputable event contracts powered by Kalshi on the same site. Plus500 isn’t the only trading site that Kalshi partners with. Our Webull review also unraveled a similar partnership with Webull.

Similar to how event contracts work at Kalshi, you’ll be trading “Yes/No” contracts that are based on the outcomes of real-world events. The contracts are priced between $0 and $0.99, and they offer an implied probability of market sentiment about the likelihood of the event occurring. Let’s illustrate this point below:

“LeBron James Next Team”

Miami (Yes:$0.48, No: $0.52)

With this contract, 52% of the traders don’t expect him to go to Miami, but 48% believe that he will. Note that prices are determined by market sentiment and may change before the event contract settles. Correct contract predictions settle at $1, but incorrect contract predictions expire at $0. You’ll find multiple event categories at Plus500, including Politics, Culture, Economics, Crypto, and Climate and Weather.

What is the Plus500 promo code?

At the time of writing, there was no trading bonus for prediction market traders at the site. However, the absence of a trading bonus for event contract trading isn’t a one-off occurrence at Plus500US. We also didn’t find one during our Gemini Predictions bonus review.

That said, there might be a trading bonus for event contract traders, as the site claims that it may offer bonuses occasionally based on “pre-defined criteria” and its “sole discretion”. At the time of writing, what we found was a first deposit welcome offer for Futures trading. You also don’t need a promo code to activate the Futures trading bonus.

Having said that, we’ll keep an eye on things and update this page with information if Plus500 offers a trading bonus for event contracts trading.

How to use the Plus500 promo code, if available

Although Plus500 Futures claims that it may offer more bonuses in the future, there’s currently no Plus500 bonus for event contract trading at the time of writing. So, basically, you don’t need a promo code to activate a nonexistent bonus. Either way, you’d still need to sign up to trade event contracts at the site. Here are the steps that you’d take:

  1. Click on our on-page banners to visit the official Plus500 Futures site.

  2. Hit the “Start Trading” button at the top of the homepage or the “Open Account” button around the middle of the homepage.

  3. Decide if you want to sign up via your Google, Facebook, Apple, or email account.

  4. Provide the information required.

  5. Complete the verification process to complete the signup process.

  6. Head over to your account page.

  7. Click the “Prediction Markets” tab.

  8. Select your preferred event category.

  9. Pick an event and review its rules.

  10. Take and buy a position (Yes/No).

  11. Wait for the contract to settle.

You’d still be required to take the above steps if the site awards a welcome bonus for prediction market trading. The only difference is that you’d have to claim your bonus after completing the sign-up process.

Our top 5 tips for trading without a Plus500 promo code

Seeing as there currently isn’t a trading bonus for new event contract traders at the site (nor is there a need for a promo code), here are five tips to help you maximize your trading experience at the site.

Hit the “Learn” tab

In our opinion, one of Plus500’s biggest selling points is the educational resources it offers new traders. To access these resources, tap the “Learn” button at the top of the homepage. You’ll find a drop-down menu with links to pages such as “Trading Academy”, “Bonuses”, “Margins”, “Glossary”, and “Risk Management,” among others. Reading through these resources may arm you with the know-how that you need to start trading event contracts at Plus500.

Understand how the fee structure works

Since your trading activities are out-of-pocket, it’s important to understand what fees you’d be required to pay and how to influence your trading budget. At the time of writing, each prediction market contract has a $0.01 commission. Similar to our findings during the Interactive Brokers review, you’d also be required to pay a similar amount in exchange fees. You’d also have to pay a $0.02 NFA regulatory fee.

There are no fees for deposits, but if you’re making withdrawals at the site, you’d have to pay a flat withdrawal processing fee. At the time of writing, the fee was 1.75% of the amount you want to withdraw.

Use the management tools

Plus500 offers a couple of management tools that could improve your trading experience, and we recommend using them once you start trading. You could use the Stop Loss order to set a price level at which your contract automatically closes. There’s also the Take Profit order, which you could use to lock in profits if your contract accrues a specified profit.

As you’ve probably guessed, both tools are designed to help reduce trading losses, and using them effectively can improve your experience.

Review the markets before you start trading

There are multiple event categories at Plus500, and each category comes with other subcategories. That means there are multiple markets available. Since you can’t be great at them all, we’d recommend sticking to those categories or subcategories that you’re great at.

Once you choose a market, go over the rules to understand how they work. In the market rules, you’ll discover how the contract is resolved and when it expires. Such details can help you decide if/when to hold a position, especially when there’s an increased flurry of trading activity towards the contract's expiry time.

Contact the support team

You might run into a brick wall when trading event contracts at Plus500, especially as a new trader. Thankfully, the site offers 24/7 support via live chat and email, which is more than we found during our Adi Predictstreet bonus review. Live chat support is the fastest option, and it’s a great option if you’re looking for prompt responses. With email support, it might take up to a couple of hours to get a response from the support team. Based on our experience, email support is the best option when you need help with issues that require more details or documentation.

Regardless of the support option you take, you’ll get professional support from the team.

3 fast facts about the Plus500 promo code

Here’s the part of this Plus500 review where we focus on three of the most commonly asked questions about promo codes at this brand:

Where can I find a promo code?

Although you don’t get a trading bonus as a new prediction markets trader, Futures traders don’t need a promo code to activate the available bonuses.

What payment methods are eligible for the prediction markets trading bonus?

Plus500 doesn’t offer its new prediction market traders a trading bonus. To fund your account at the site, you can use Google Pay, Apple Pay, debit cards (Mastercard or Visa), or bank transfer. Note that the minimum deposit is $10.

What is the minimum deposit to activate the trading bonus?

Plus500 currently only offers a first deposit bonus for its Futures traders. At the time of writing, the minimum deposit for the first deposit bonus is $500.

Ongoing promotions at Plus500

We didn’t find ongoing promotions for prediction market trading. Instead, we found a referral bonus. However, it’s only available for Futures trading. You also don’t need a Plus500 promo code to activate the referral bonus.

Conclusion – There’s no need for a Plus500 promo code

Prediction market traders don’t need to use a promo code at Plus500. That’s because the site doesn’t offer a trading bonus to its new or existing prediction market traders. What we found at the time of our review was a first deposit bonus and a referral bonus for the site’s Futures traders. We also learned that the site may offer additional bonuses based on predefined criteria.

Plus500 isn’t the only site that doesn’t offer one. That’s why we looked past that in this review and offered several ways to use its services without prediction trading-based bonuses and promotions. These include reading its educational resources, reviewing the markets, and understanding the fee structure.

Regardless of the absence of promotions for prediction markets, Plus500 is still a fantastic site. You can click our on-page banners and follow the prompts if you’d like to visit it.
