Fanatics Markets Promo Code 2026
Fanatics Markets is an exciting new prediction trading app where you have the chance to trade yes or no answers to a range of propositions relating to real-world events for sports, economics, culture, and elections.
For its release, I have created a complete Fanatics Markets promo code review below, where I will look to see if this site offers any promotions for new or existing customers. I’ll also look at how the app works, what you can do on it, and answer important questions relating to the potential bonuses and promotional features it might have.
How does Fanatics Markets work?
Before I start exploring the Fanatics prediction welcome offers, I want to explain the premise of the app and how it works as it is quite a different experience. Fanatics Markets is not an online sportsbook or an online casino. It is a prediction markets trading app.
Customers can create an account here, deposit USD, and purchase yes or no trade contracts for a range of real-world propositions. You then have the opportunity to sell your trade contracts, or hold them until the proposition settles. At this point, if you hold trade contracts with the correct prediction, you get a payout of $1 each, minus any fees.
For example, there might be a proposition on whether the price of Ethereum will reach $2,500 in March. You might be able to buy “yes” contracts for this at $0.15 each, or “no” contracts at $0.90 each. If you bought no contracts at $0.90, and the price never got to $2,500 by the end of march, your profit per contract would be $1.00 (trade contract payout) - $0.90 (price you bought them at) - fees.
This is the basis of how the app works - you buy, sell, and hold trade contracts relating to real world events. You can read more about the different types of markets the app has in my complete Fanatics Markets review, but some of the main categories include sports, elections, economics, and culture.
Is there a Fanatics Markets welcome bonus?
Let’s now dive into the promotions at Fanatics, starting with the welcome bonus. I have previously seen a signup bonus where you could get up to $75 in matched trade contracts depending on your first deposit and initial trade contract purchases. However, this was a limited-time offer that coincided with the Super Bowl and it has since expired.
I did not see a Fanatics Markets welcome bonus
Aside from the limited-time offer, when I registered an account with Fanatics Markets, I did not find any welcome bonus. To be fair, I’ve tested other similar sites and apps, and hardly any of them have a signup bonus either. This is different to online casinos or sportsbooks where you might get something like a deposit match bonus, free spins, or free bets.
Tempering your expectations for Fanatics Markets promotions
I was not disappointed at the lack of a welcome bonus at Fanatics Markets, and I think it’s important to look at this type of site or app differently. Prediction trading sites are more similar to trading platforms and stocks and shares investment platforms as opposed to online sportsbooks or online casinos. Because of this, promotions simply aren’t common. There’s generally never a welcome bonus, and the site is relying more on the quality of its offering and trade markets as opposed to the value of its promotions.
Are there any other Fanatics promo offers?
After falling short on a Fanatics Markets welcome bonus, I scoured the app for other promotions and features. Again, I drew a blank. At the time of creating this Fanatics Markets promo code review, I didn’t find any promotion. As I said, this is to be expected though. You might potentially see a referral scheme in the future, or specific holding or staking rewards. But for now, there’s nothing.
Important facts about Fanatics Markets
Because of the lack of promotions, I’ll give you some important information about the app instead that should help when you get signed up and to understand what you can and can’t do.
1. It has limited US state availability
Fanatics Markets has limited state availability. You can only sign up here if you are a US resident and are over 21. On top of that though, it is currently only available in these states - AL, AK, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, ME, MN, MS, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, WA or, WI.
I am not sure if this will change over time as the laws and regulations for prediction trading sites work differently. Please note that you won’t be able to bypass these state restrictions either. For the registration and verification process you have to provide personal details including your address, plus upload valid photo ID documents. For people outside the US, there are also geoblocking restrictions on even downloading the app in the first place.
2. It supports various payment methods
You have an account balance at Fanatics Markets and you can credit this with USD using a small selection of payment methods. This currently includes debit card, Apple Pay, Online Banking, and Wire Transfer. There is a minimum $10 deposit limit, and surprisingly, there is a 2% deposit fee for both debit card and Apple Pay transactions which I wasn’t expecting. With this in mind, it could be beneficial to use online banking instead, as there is no fee for this payment method.
For withdrawals, you have Online Banking or debit card, and there is a $5 minimum withdrawal limit. Unlike deposits, I didn’t see any withdrawal fees, and from my experience, payments are usually processed within 2-5 business days depending on the method you use.
3. The prediction markets categories will expand
Right now, Fanatics Markets has a decent selection of prediction categories that includes sports, elections, economics, and culture. I think that the sports section is the most detailed and you can purchase trade contracts for all the major US pro leagues including the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, and MLS. Additionally, there’s support for European Soccer and leagues like the EPL and La Liga, ATP and WTA tennis, PGA golf, and MMA.
The operator has stated that they will add more prediction categories in time too though, and these might include the weather, crypto, movies, finance, and current events. This will bring the site more in line with other similar operators in terms of overall proposition variety.
4. It is a legit CFTC-regulated operation
I’m 100% confident that Fanatics Markets is legit. It offers its trade derivatives via Crypto.com and the CDNA Group. These two organizations are registered with the Commodities and Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and are members of the NFA (National Futures Association). This means Fanatics can legally offer its services in the US, and its operations are overseen by the correct regulatory bodies. You can find all the regulatory information in the website footer, but the app also has links to important disclosures about regulations and privacy.
5. It’s an app-only trading experience
There is a desktop website for Fanatics Markets, but it is a landing page. It is pretty useful, as it explains how everything works, and you get a detailed Q&A section with common questions about security and licensing, etc. You can’t register an account via the desktop website though, and it’s purely for information. Instead, there are two high-quality mobile apps to download from either the App Store or iOS devices, or the Play Store for Android smartphones. I’ve tested both versions and they work perfectly and will give you a smooth trading experience.
Final verdict - don’t expect any Fanatics Markets promos soon
So, that’s my initial Fanatics Markets promo code review finished. I get that some of you might feel disappointed at the lack of promotions, but I believe we have to change our expectations for prediction trade sites as I stated previously. These apps have more in common with exchanges and futures trading sites, as opposed to online casinos and sportsbooks which means that promotions are not really a common thing.
If any bonuses are added in the future, you can guarantee that I will update this article and add more information to keep you updated. For now though, despite the lack of bonuses, I don’t hesitate to recommend Fanatics Markets - it is a quality prediction trading app and I think it will only get better as it adds more propositions and categories. To sign up, simply click the banners I’ve put on this page, download the app, and go through the registration process.
