Without further ado, let's take a look at this week's 15 games, with the Houston Texans and Minnesota Vikings enjoying their bye weeks.

Thursday Night

Eagles at Giants

The Eagles head into Thursday Night Football as big 7.5-point favorites, with standout linebacker Nakobe Dean set to make his season debut after finally working back from a knee injury.

The Giants, already without Malik Nabers for the rest of the year, are not expected to have Darius Slayton, as he deals with a hamstring injury.

Though the Eagles are banged up on defense, they are still far and away the better team and should have little trouble bouncing back from their first loss of the season.

Sunday Morning

Broncos vs Jets (London)

The Broncos are coming off a statement win against the Philadelphia Eagles and now cross the pond to take on the Jets, the only winless team in the NFL.

Denver is just a couple plays from being 5-0, and Bo Nix has looked great in his sophomore season.

While it would seem on paper that the Broncos would have no trouble covering the early 7-point spread, they'll have to deal with uncertainty on the offensive line. Left guard Ben Powers is going on IR with a bicep injury and will likely be out until December.

Powers has been a stalwart on their top-ranked offensive line and has started all 40 games for Denver since joining as a free agent in 2023.

Sunday Early Window

Seahawks at Jaguars

This looks to be one of the most exciting games of the weekend, as two of the biggest overachievers this season go head-to-head in Duval County.

Few would have believed the Jaguars would start 4-1 this season, defeating the Chiefs last week in what was certainly their biggest win in several years.

Though the Jags lead the NFL with 14 takeaways, the Seattle defense ranks third against the run and could take away Jacksonville's ability to use their RPO-style offense.

The Jaguars will be missing reliable tight end Brenton Strange for some time, as he was put on injured reserve on Tuesday.

Chargers at Dolphins

The Dolphins will need to dig deep if they want to mentally recover from blowing a 17-0 lead to the Panthers last week to fall to 1-4.

The Chargers are also desperate for a momentum boost, losing to the Giants and Commanders after starting 3-0. Furthermore, losing Omarion Hampton and Najee Harris in back-to-back weeks will see the Chargers have to rely on Hassan Haskins and Kimani Vidal - a duo with a combined 368 career rushing yards.

The Chargers are also missing star linebacker Khalil Mack and tackles Joe Alt and Rashawn Slater. It's not looking good for LA, despite them being 4.5-point favorites.

Rams at Ravens

While the line is set at 7.5 right now, it'll either increase or decrease drastically, depending on the health of Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport has declared that Jackson is "facing an uphill battle to play", meaning it's likely Cooper Rush will get the nod once again.

The Ravens were missing roughly two-thirds of their entire payroll last week, and looked absolutely helpless in their 44-10 loss against the Houston Texans.

Without Lamar Jackson, it looks like the Ravens are on the road to 1-5 against a Rams squad who could easily be 5-0 at this point in the season.

Matthew Stafford and Kyren Williams have looked phenomenal, and they may get an early rest should they make this game a blowout. The Rams are relatively injury-free, though tight ends Tyler Higbee and Colby Parkinson are questionable.

Cardinals at Colts

Outside of the Chargers, the Cardinals have had the worst running back luck in the league. Losing James Conner and Trey Benson and watching Emari Demercado fumble the game away unopposed at the goal line in back-to-back-to-back weeks has been painful to watch.

To make matters worse, Kyler Murray is questionable with a foot injury. If he can't go, Arizona will have to rely on Jacoby Brissett to face his former team. It could be worse.

The Colts have signed Michael Badgley to replace outstanding kicker Spencer Shrader, who suffered a torn ACL and MCL and will be out for the rest of the season.

Given the Colts' third-ranked scoring defense and their unbelievable offense, it would be no surprise to see them blow away the 6.5-point spread this weekend.

Cowboys at Panthers

Carolina is 2-0 at home this season and is back at Bank of America Stadium this weekend to go up against the Cowboys.

Former Dallas Cowboy Rico Dowdle stunned in backup duty last weekend, running for 206 yards and a touchdown as the Panthers recovered from a 17-0 deficit to beat the Dolphins 27-24.

The Cowboys are also coming in hot after dismantling the winless Jets last week, with Dak Prescott and Javonte Williams continuing their impressive 2025 seasons.

CeeDee Lamb, KaVontae Turpin, and Chuba Hubbard are all questionable, while both sides will have some injury woes on the offensive line.

Patriots at Saints

Both the Patriots and the Saints will be coming into this weekend's clash with their heads held high after they both pulled off unexpected wins against the Bills and Giants, respectively.

New England's three-headed monster at running back is now down to two after Antonio Gibson suffered a torn ACL in Buffalo on Sunday.

Saints safety Justin Reid suffered a concussion last week and is questionable for this weekend.

The Patriots come in as 3.5-point favorites, but they've been one of the most inconsistent teams this season.

Browns at Steelers

The Browns are fully removed from Joe Flacco and will now attempt to rely on Dillon Gabriel for the rest of the season. At 1-4 and trading their number one quarterback, it appears they're waving the white flag on any potential playoff run.

The Steelers are coming off a bye week, while the Browns are coming back from a London game and have to go play on the road.

The big question as far as injuries go: Will Jaylen Warren be back to lead the Pittsburgh backfield?

Given how great both defenses are and how unreliable the offenses are in the AFC North, I fully expect a low-scoring affair.

Sunday Late Window

Titans at Raiders

This battle of 1-4 teams won't make for easy watching. Two of the worst teams in football go head-to-head in Vegas in a game only worth watching if you're a fan of either team (Go Raiders!).

The Titans are coming off an improbable comeback win against Arizona and have momentum for the first time in Cam Ward's career. The Raiders, on the other hand, have lost four straight and got crushed 40-6 by the upstart Colts last week.

Geno Smith has looked terrible (1,176 yards, 6 TDs, 9 INTs) for the majority of the season and will continue to deal with uncertainty in his safety valves. Brock Bowers is considered week-to-week as his Week 1 knee injury continues to linger, while fellow tight end Michael Mayer missed last week with a concussion.

49ers at Buccaneers

San Francisco and Tampa Bay are sure to provide us with one of the most intriguing matchups of Week 6, with both teams surprising with 4-1 starts to the 2025 NFL season.

Though Brock Purdy has missed three games with a turf toe injury, Mac Jones has balled out in his absence, creating somewhat of a quarterback controversy ahead of Sunday evening.

While the Bucs are three-point favorites at the moment, it's widely believed that the odds will shift in San Francisco's favor if Purdy can suit up.

Ricky Pearsall and Jauan Jennings are also questionable for this weekend, while head coach Kyle Shanahan labeled George Kittle a "long shot" to play.

On the Tampa Bay side, Mike Evans remains out while Bucky Irving is questionable with a shoulder injury that's a bigger issue than his sprained foot. With Irving's status in jeopardy, the Buccaneers may have to hope that Rachaad White can repeat his two-touchdown performance in Seattle.

Bengals at Packers

It's officially the Joe Flacco era in Cincinnati, but that hasn't done anything to change the sportsbooks' mind about the lowly Bengals, as they come into Green Bay as the biggest underdogs of the weekend at +14.5.

While Flacco will try to play on Sunday, that's not guaranteed, and Cincy may trot out Jake Browning for his fourth-straight start (0-3).

The Packers, meanwhile, are incredibly fresh after coming off a bye. Though Green Bay earned statement wins against the Lions and Commanders to start the season, their Cleveland loss and Dallas tie have left everyone wondering whether they're pretenders or true pretenders.

Sunday Night Football

Lions at Chiefs

A battle of legitimate Super Bowl contenders comes to Sunday Night Football as the Detroit Lions look to extend their winning streak to five games, while the Kansas City Chiefs try to avoid falling to an unfathomable 2-4.

Despite their losing record, the Chiefs are currently 2.5-point favorites. After all, how can you make Patrick Mahomes an underdog?

Expect a lot of points in this one, even though this will be the last game Rashee Rice has to miss due to suspension.

Both teams come in with relatively healthy rosters, aside from the Lions losing star cornerback Terrion Arnold last week with a shoulder injury. Arnold has reportedly avoided a season-ending injury and should be back later in the season. Detroit WR Khalif Raymond is also questionable.

Monday Night Football

Bills at Falcons

The Bills are seemingly all over the place after being upset by the New England Patriots over the weekend and having lost both their kicker and punter this season.

Buffalo comes into this primetime game as a modest 4.5-point favorite, somewhat of a trap line considering their opposition.

LB Matt Milano is going to be out again, while star DT Ed Oliver is "hopeful" to return. Either way, the middle of their defense will be vulnerable, which could lead to Bijan Robinson having a breakout game in primetime.

The Falcons are also coming off a bye week, so they'll have a lot of fresh bodies eager to showcase their talents against a weakened Buffalo side. Kyle Pitts and Darnell Mooney should be good to go.

Bears at Commanders

Jayden Daniels proved himself to be free of injury woes last week as Washington spanked the Chargers on the road without star WR Terry McLaurin.

Scary Terry is still questionable with a quad injury that's kept him out of the last two games. He won't practice on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the Bears are 2-2 and coming off a much-needed bye week. With a 10th-ranked offense and a leaky defense, this game has potential to be a shootout.
