Our Guide to NFL Week 10: Schedule, Matchups, Predictions, and Injury Report
Written By Blaise Bourgeois | Last Updated at November 5, 2025
With the trade deadline finally over, the second half of the NFL is officially underway. While a handful of teams, like the Titans, Saints, Jets, and Raiders, are thinking about 2026, most of the league still has Super Bowl aspirations.
There's plenty of value to be had all over the place, and bettors will be searching high and low to find the biggest edges. The Bills, Lions, and Broncos are the biggest favorites of the weekend, while games like the Browns-Jets, Patriots-Buccaneers, Jaguars-Texans, and Eagles-Packers could come down to the final possession.
Hereโs your full NFL Week 10 betting guide, including brief previews and predictions for each game. We'll also take a look at where injuries could make the biggest impacts.
NFL Thursday Night Football
Las Vegas Raiders @ Denver Broncos
Odds: Broncos -9.5 (ML: Raiders +385, Broncos -500 | Over/Under: 42.5 (via FanDuel)
NFL Week 10 will kick off with an old-school AFC West rivalry on Thursday Night Football between the struggling Las Vegas Raiders and the 7-2 Denver Broncos.
Bo Nix has been looking phenomenal with eight touchdowns against two interceptions in his last three games. The Broncos are clear favorites, especially now that the Raiders have traded away their WR1 in Jacobi Meyers.
๐ Prediction: Broncos 34 Raiders 17
NFL Berlin Game
Atlanta Falcons vs Indianapolis Colts
Odds: Colts -6 (ML: Falcons +225, Colts -275 | Over/Under: 48.5 (via BetMGM)
Though both teams are virtually at full health, Bijan Robinson has had three of his four least productive games in his last 20 appearances over the past three weeks.
The Colts plugged their glaring hole in the secondary with Sauce Gardner and are bona fide Super Bowl contenders. Expect them to run away in this one.
๐ Prediction: Colts 41 Falcons 13
NFL Sunday Early Afternoon
Cleveland Browns @ New York Jets
Odds: Browns -2.5 (ML: Browns -142, Jets +120 | Over/Under: 37.5 (via DraftKings)
The Jets have dumped their two biggest defensive stars and will now be weak on both sides of the ball. While they'll probably get Garrett Wilson back, he'll need time to get back to 100% after his knee injury.
Meanwhile, the Browns have one of the best defenses in football and will get star rookie RB Quinshon Judkins back fresh off a bye week after suffering an AC joint sprain in Week 8.
While the score won't say it, the Browns will probably dominate this game on both sides of the ball in a low-scoring affair.
๐ Prediction: Browns 13 Jets 3
New Orleans Saints @ Carolina Panthers
Odds: Panthers -5.5 (ML: Saints +200, Panthers -250 | Over/Under: 40 (via Caesars Sportsbook)
The Panthers suddenly find themselves with a winning record and nearly a touchdown favorite at home against the lowly New Orleans Saints this weekend.
The Saints, of course, lost backup RB Kendre Miller to a torn ACL in Week 7. Alvin Kamara hasn't picked up the slack, rushing for 31 yards or less for the last five weeks, as New Orleans has been forced to throw the ball after falling behind quickly.
We expect more of the same from the Saints. The Panthers have proven to be a much better team at home over the last few seasons, and Sunday will be no different.
๐ Prediction: Panthers 27 Saints 10
Bet $1, Double your Winnings on your Next 20 Wagers. Up to $25 Max Bet Per Boost New England Patriots @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Odds: Buccaneers -2.5 (ML: Patriots +120, Buccaneers -142 | Over/Under: 48.5 (via FanDuel)
The "Tom Brady Bowl" is one of the most intriguing games of the Sunday slate, with a pair of unexpected two-loss teams squaring off in a crucial NFL Week 10 battle.
The Buccaneers could receive huge boosts if Bucky Irving and Chris Godwin come back from their long injuries. Tampa Bay hasn't been the same team without them and Mike Evans, who is still slated to miss most of the season with a broken collarbone.
The Patriots squeaked by Atlanta last week without Rhamondre Stevenson. New England will likely have to rely on TreVeyon Henderson and Terrell Jennings to shoulder the load once again. WR Kayshon Boutte is battling a hamstring injury and is day-to-day.
Whoever is healthier on game day will probably win this game. At the moment, it looks to be Tampa Bay.
๐ Prediction: Buccaneers 24 Patriots 20
Baltimore Ravens @ Minnesota Vikings
Odds: Ravens -4 (ML: Ravens -210, Vikings +170 | Over/Under: 48 (via BetMGM)
The Vikings and the Ravens both look reborn after seeing their starting quarterbacks return to the field. However, Baltimore still has one of the worst defenses in football.
Even if Aaron Jones can't suit up this weekend, Jordan Mason and the Vikings should be able to take advantage of the mismatch.
๐ Prediction: Vikings 27 Ravens 20
Buffalo Bills @ Miami Dolphins
Odds: Bills -9.5 (ML: Bills -500, Dolphins +375 | Over/Under: 50 (via Caesars Sportsbook)
The Dolphins are already thinking about Cancun as the Bills attempt to go after the number one seed in the AFC.
Without Tyreek Hill, Darren Waller, and any motivation to compete for the postseason, the Dolphins are a shell of their former selves. There's no reason the Bills shouldn't blow them out.
๐ Prediction: Bills 34 Dolphins 9
New York Giants @ Chicago Bears
Odds: Bears -3.5 (ML: Giants +162, Bears -194 | Over/Under: 48.5 (via FanDuel)
Without Cam Skattebo and Malik Nabers, it feels like all the fantastic air Giants fans have been able to breathe has completely vanished. While they're still competing on both sides of the ball and they have plenty of talent, a playoff spot is next to impossible. It will be hard to stay motivated.
Though the Bears played without D'Andre Swift and Cole Kmet last week, it may have been a blessing in disguise. Rookies Kyle Monangai and Colston Loveland erupted and should find themselves with similar featured roles this week.
๐ Prediction: Bears 20 Giants 13
Jacksonville Jaguars @ Houston Texans
Odds: Texans -1.5 (ML: Jaguars +105, Texans -125 | Over/Under: 38.5 (via DraftKings)
The Jaguars stole a victory from the Raiders last week and are probably the worst 5-3 team in football. While they added Jakobi Meyers during the trade deadline, that shouldn't help too much this weekend as they take on the league's best scoring defense in the Houston Texans (15 ppg).
Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud is still in concussion protocol after a scary-looking head injury last week. Of course, if Stroud can play, it fares better for Houston. Nevertheless, this game has all the makings of a stinker.
๐ Prediction: Texans 13 Jaguars 10

Arizona Cardinals @ Seattle Seahawks
Odds: Seahawks -6.5 (ML: Cardinals +260, Seahawks -325 | Over/Under: 45.5 (via BetMGM)
While Kyler Murray continues to miss out due to a foot injury, we're not sure if Cardinals fans really want him to return. Jacoby Brissett has been brilliant in his absence, averaging 287 yards and two touchdowns in his three starts against the Cowboys, Packers, and the Colts.
The Seahawks and Sam Darnold looked otherworldly against the Commanders on Sunday Night Football. They've added another offensive weapon in Rashid Shaheed, who will be able to help Seattle stretch the field even more.
๐ Prediction: Seahawks 41 Cardinals 27
Detroit Lions @ Washington Commanders
Odds: Lions -8.5 (ML: Lions -480, Commanders +370 | Over/Under: 49.5 (via FanDuel)
Marcus Mariota will start for the foreseeable future after Jayden Daniels suffered a brutal elbow injury last week. Terry McLaurin will almost certainly continue to miss time, which leaves Washington with limited offensive options.
The Lions' explosive offense has been extremely reliable, and they should be able to coast to an easy victory.
๐ Prediction: Lions 38 Commanders 17
Los Angeles Rams @ San Francisco 49ers
Odds: Rams -3.5 (ML: Rams -192, 49ers +160 | Over/Under: 49.5 (via DraftKings)
There's plenty of uncertainty heading into this high-profile NFC West clash, with Brock Purdy, Ricky Pearsall, and Puka Nacua all questionable to play this weekend. Regardless of whether they get in the game or not, there's plenty of star power to go around.
This game has all the makings of a shootout. The Rams are simply more talented and should get the job done.
๐ Prediction: Rams 33 49ers 26
NFL Sunday Night Football
Pittsburgh Steelers @ Los Angeles Chargers
Odds: Chargers -3 (ML: Steelers +130, Chargers -155 | Over/Under: 45 (via BetMGM)
Kimani Vidal will continue to be the Chargers featured back as Najee Harris, Omarion Hampton, and Hassan Haskins all deal with significant injuries. The Chargers are so low on their RB depth chart, they had to pull Jaret Patterson and Nyheim Hines off the streets.
Los Angeles had a difficult time handling the lowly Titans and could be saved by the schedule once again. The Steelers possess the league's worst pass defense, which should allow Justin Herbert to sling the ball all night.
๐ Prediction: Chargers 38 Steelers 22
NFL Monday Night Football
Philadelphia Eagles @ Green Bay Packers
Odds: Packers -2.5 (ML: Eagles +115, Packers -141 | Over/Under: 44.5 (via Caesars Sportsbook
A.J. Brown and Saquon Barkley continue to be banged up, though they were gifted a bye week at the right time. They also beefed up their defense, adding cornerbacks Michael Carter II and Jaire Alexander, and outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips during the trade deadline.
Green Bay lost star tight end Tucker Kraft to a torn ACL, though WR Christian Watson has been doing an admirable job since his return.
While the Packers are favored, we think the Eagles new defense should star as Green Bay struggles to adapt to life without Kraft.
๐ Prediction: Eagles 24 Packers 20
