Summer Olympics Betting: Most Gold Medals odds (Country)

Olympics odds have been posted at the best sports betting sites. One of the most straightforward bets you can make on the Olympics is on which country will win the most gold medals.

Early odds have the U.S. as a heavy favorite to again take home the most gold medals, set betwen -500 and -750. There will also be over/under markets on how many gold medals individual countries will win. For instance, the gold medal total for the US is set around 40.5 at most books.

Looking back at the 2021 Games in Tokyo, a bet on Team USA to win the most gold medals and the most total medals would have been a winner. The U.S. brought home 39 gold medals and 113 total. China was second in terms of gold medals won with 38, and host Japan finished third with 27.
