• Both starting linebackers went down to injury in Week 8 and Week 11 and haven't played since.

• Defensive coordinator Tony White leaves for Florida State, Dana Holgorsen–who took over offensive play calling a few games ago–will be the offensive coordinator for this game and moving forward.
• The offensive line dealt with injury all year. The Huskers are down to their third option at left tackle.
