Arizona Bowl betting

Last year, Wyoming (-3.5) nudged out Toledo, 16-15, on a walk-off field goal for head coach Craig Bohl's final game with the team. Toledo did cover the spread and under 44.5 hit with just 31 combined points.

The year prior, Ohio managed an overtime touchdown to overcome Wyoming, 30-27 – the Pokes' second thrilling appearance in this bowl game. The touchdown pass from backup CJ Harris also managed to cover the -2.5 spread. With 57 combined points, Over 42 comfortably cleared.

The 2021 Arizona Bowl was canned due to Boise State pulling out of the game and Central Michigan accepting a replacement bid to the neighboring Sun Bowl. In 2020, Ball State pulled off a massive upset of top-25 San Jose State as 9.5-point underdogs. The Cardinals won 34-13, which also went under the 66-point total.

Favorites and underdogs have nearly split the all-time series, 3-4, while unders have cashed in five of seven games.
