The second week of the 2026-27 NHL season rolls on and that brings us to my top anytime goal scorer props for Satuday, October 10. There are a hefty 14 games on the schedule, including some interesting interconference tilts.

We’ll see the Utah Mammoth in action as they travel to Western New York to face the Buffalo Sabres. In addition, the Toronto Maple Leafs visit the Mile-High City to face Nathan MacKinnon and the Colorado Avalanche. Elsewhere, the Minnesota Wild heads to the Sunshine State to take on the Florida Panthers. Let’s take a look at our favorite anytime goal scorer props.

Best Anytime Goal Scorer Props Today (Oct. 10)

Goal Scorer Prop #1: Clayton Keller, Mammoth

We’ll start our goal scoring props with an interconference game as the Utah Mammoth travel to take on the Buffalo Sabres. We’ll go to FanDuel here to get the odds for this prop.

Utah is lighting the lamp at a fast and furious pace in the opening 10 days of the season. The Mammoth rang up 18 goals in their first five games, an average of 3.60 goals a night. While Nick Schmaltz leads the team with five goals so far on the year, Clayton Keller is contributing as well.

In the first four games of the year, Keller has one goal and six assists for seven points. In addition, he fired 17 shots on goal in those contests. Shockingly, five of his seven points have come with the man advantage. Utah converted eight of their 20 power play opportunities (40%) to this point of the season. Meanwhile, the Sabres are seven of 11 (63.6%) in the penalty killing department.

Ukko-Pekka Luokkonen is 1-2-0 with a 4.02 GAA and a .782 save percentage so far this season for Buffalo. Therefore, I’m backing Keller to find the back of the net here.

Best Bet: Clayton Keller, Anytime Goal Scorer FanDuel, +200

Goal Scorer Prop #2: Auston Matthews, Maple Leafs

For our second goal scorer prop, we head to Denver, where the Toronto Maple Leafs travel to take on the Colorado Avalanche in an interconference tilt. The odds for this prop are courtesy of DraftKings.

Toronto opened the season with four straight home games and went 2-2-0 in those contests. The Maple Leafs rallied from a 3-0 hole to beat Nashville 5-4 in overtime Tuesday night their last time out. Toronto fell 4-3 in a shootout in their first road game of the season as they fell to Vegas.

Matthews has two goals and four assists for six points on the season. All of those came in the last three games for the Maple Leafs. In addition, Matthews fired 16 shots on goal in the first five games of the year. He faced the Avalanche 18 times in his career and delivered solid numbers. Matthews has 12 goals and 11 assists for 23 points in those contests.

In a game where there is a lot of projected offense along with end-to-end action, getting a favorable number on Matthews is something one can’t overlook.

Best Bet: Auston Matthews, Anytime Goal Scorer DraftKings, +170

Goal Scorer Prop #3: David Pastrnak, Bruins

We’ll take a swing through Beantown for our next play as the Philadelphia Flyers face the Boston Bruins in an Eastern Conference clash.

David Pastrnak is shooting for his fifth straight season with at least 100 points. He scored his first two goals of the season in Boston’s 6-1 shellacking of Utah at home Thursday night. He enters this game with two goals and four assists for six points in the opening five games. Pastrnak tallied both those markers on the power play. In addition, he’s fired 19 shots on goal in the first five games of the year.

Dan Vladar is expected to get the start over Joseph Woll in net for the Flyers. He’s struggled in his first two outings, posting a 0-2-0 mark with a 5.12 GAA and an .863 save percentage. In addition, he’s sitting at -1.9 goals saved above average already.

Pastrnak has 26 goals and 20 assists in 37 career games against the Flyers. He’s fired 154 shots on goal in those games, giving him a 16.9% shooting percentage. Look for Pasta to continue his hot run from Thursday by scoring here.

Best Bet: David Pastrnak, Anytime Goal Scorer DraftKings, +135

Goal Scorer Prop #4: Connor McDavid, Oilers

We close out look at potential anytime goal scorer props in the Silicon Valley with the Edmonton Oilers taking on the San Jose Sharks. The odds for this prop are courtesy of BetMGM.

One thing you know when Edmonton is on the ice is that they have the potential to score a ton of goals. Of course, the flip side of that is that they tend to give up goals by the truckload as well. Connor McDavid is racking up the points in the early going this season. He has three goals and nine assists for 12 points in the first four games of the year.

In addition, McDavid has at least two points in each game this season and scored in three straight. Against the Sharks in his career, he has 21 goals, 40 assists, 61 points and 118 shots on goal in 37 regular season matchups. McDavid is clicking even though he hasn’t scored a power play goal at this point of the year.

Given Edmonton’s offensive firepower, and the fact that Tristan Jarry (0-0-1, 5.85 GAA, .739 save percentage) is in net for the Oilers, McDavid has to be aggressive. That ends up with the puck in the back of the net.

Best Bet: Connor McDavid, Anytime Goal Scorer BetMGM, +110
