Stone was hot as the regular season came to a close, tallying five goals in his last six games. That late flurry gave him 28 goals in 60 regular season contests. Vegas saw Brett Howden and Pavel Dorofeyev each score four goals in the opening round to lead the team. That doesn’t mean counting out the proven commodities is a wise move. Stone can do damage as we saw in key moments in round one. He finished with two goals and three assists for five points against Utah in the  first round.
