TNF Week 8 NFL Parlay Picks & Player Props: Panthers vs. Packers NFC Battle

On Thursday night at historic Lambeau Field, the Green Bay Packers (4-3) host the Carolina Panthers (3-3). We'll share our best TNF Week 8 NFL parlay picks & player props for the NFC primetime matchup.
The Packers' three-game win streak ended in a 20-17 road loss to the Detroit Lions in their last game. The Panthers would rather forget their last game, when they were trounced in a 43-14 loss at home by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Before we get into our best TNF Week 8 NFL parlay picks & player props, let's check out the line. At FanDuel Sportsbook, the Packers are the favorite at -3.5, with a total of 47.5.
TNF Week 8 NFL Parlay Picks
Panthers vs. Packers Parlay #1: Jacobs Returns Home Big
- Josh Jacobs 60+ rushing yards: Jacobs returned to the Packers’ backfield in the last game after missing the first five games due to suspension. He rushed for only 36 yards on 11 carries, but he'll get more of a workload in this first home game back. I expect him to break out against a Carolina run defense that ranks dead last in the league and was gashed on the ground in the loss to the Bucs last week, giving up 258 rushing yards.
- Josh Jacobs Over 80 rushing + receiving yards: While Jacobs only rushed for 35 yards in the last game, he had five catches for 55 yards. He will reach over 80 rushing and receiving yards, in what will be a busy night for him tonight.
The odds for this parlay are +261, so a $100 bet would pay $361, for a $261 profit.

Panthers vs. Packers Parlay #2: One QB Over and One Under
- Bryce Young Over 252.5 passing yards: Young has had a solid season with the 10th most passing yards in the league. He will get over the egg he laid last game, when he passed for only 163 yards. He had passed for at least 287 yards in each of the first five games and will do it again tonight. While Green Bay ranks ninth in pass defense, that unit gave up 295 passing yards in the last game.
- Jordan Love Under 259.5 passing yards: So, why am I taking the Under for Love, who has the second most passing yards in the NFL? Well, he's had to carry the offense without a run game, but the Packers have that now with their star RB, Jacobs, back in the backfield. Green Bay will run the rock early and often, facing Carolina’s last-ranked rushing attack. In the Panthers' bad loss to the Bucs last week, they gave up 258 rushing yards, and Tampa Bay’s Baker Mayfield attempted only 11 passes.
The odds for this parlay are +255, so a $100 bet would pay $355, for a $255 profit.
TNF Parlay: Bryce Young Over 252.5 passing yards and Jordan Love Under 259.5 passing yards: (+255, DraftKings)

Panthers vs. Packers Parlay #3: Packers Get Back in the Win Column
- Packers win and cover 4-point spread: The Packers lost their last game but were playing a good Lions team, and they covered the spread in the game. The Panthers were blown out by the Bucs, who came into the game with one win. Jordan Love will play well, but the main reasons the Packers will win are a solid defense and Josh Jacobs having a strong game against Carolina’s weak run defense.
- Under 47.5 points: While the Panthers gave up 43 points in the last game, I am still taking the Under. The Packers are not a high-scoring team, ranking tied for 24th in scoring. They will run the ball often and play good defense in what will be a lower-scoring game. The total has gone Under for Green Bay’s last four games, and that is the pick for this game. Yeah, Carolina has defensive issues, but so do the Lions, and when the Packers faced them last week, they scored only 17 points.
- Packers to cover 2.5-point first half spread: The Packers will get off to a good start in this game, as they look to establish the run early, which they will do. They will also play solid defense, and to cover, they only need to win by three points, making this a solid pick.
The odds for this parlay are +588, so a $100 bet would pay $688, for a $588 profit.
TNF Parlay: Packers win and cover 4-point spread. Under 47.5 points, Packers to cover 2.5 first-half spread: (+588, BetMGM)

Player Props Bets to Consider for TNF Week 8
Player Prop #1: Josh Jacobs anytime TD scorer (-140)
Jacobs will get a heavy workload in his second game back against the Panthers' worst run defense. He didn't rush for a TD last game, but he did score on a catch.
Best Bet: Josh Jacobs anytime TD scorer: (-140, BetMGM)

Player Prop #2: Chuba Hubbard 70+ rushing yards (+101)
Good value here at nearly even money. Hubbard leads the Panthers with nearly 500 rushing yards, and while he had only 33 yards in the last game, he had only seven carries. He will get a heavier workload in this game, and in the three games before the last one, he averaged 22.3 carries and 108 yards.
Best Bet: Chuba Hubbard 70+ rushing yards: (+101, DraftKings)
Player Prop #3 Josh Jacobs 20+ receiving yards (+100)
Another good value even-money prop for Jacobs to have over 20 receiving yards. He had 55 receiving yards in his last game and will be targeted often, running the ball and catching passes out of the backfield.
Best Bet: Josh Jacobs 20+ receiving yards: (+101, DraftKings)
