We've made it to Sunday Night Football, and it's time to put together a same game parlay (SGP) for tonight! We'll focus on three DraftKings Sportsbook picks that make sense together to try and cash this Chiefs vs. Colts SGP for Sept. 20. Let's get into it.

SNF NFL Week 2 Parlay Picks

Here are the three player props in my DraftKings same game parlay:

This ground-game build pays +431 at DraftKings. A $100 bet will net $431 in profit for a total payout of $531. It gives us exposure to each team’s clearest offensive identity, plus a Mahomes rushing number that feels attainable if Kansas City’s passing attack is still working through some early-season issues.

The Chiefs may be favored by nearly a touchdown, but Indianapolis cannot simply abandon Taylor unless the game turns into an absolute disaster. Kansas City clearly wants to keep feeding Walker, while Mahomes showed last week that he remains willing and able to add value with his legs.

Jonathan Taylor Player Prop: 70+ Rushing Yards (-206)

The Colts’ offense starts with Taylor. There will be games when Indianapolis needs to throw more than it wants to, and games when the score forces the Colts away from their preferred approach. But unless Kansas City somehow jumps out to an absurd lead, Taylor is going to get his work.

That is why I like this number in an SGP construction. We do not need Taylor to rush for 120 yards, bust off a 60-yard touchdown, or dominate every single drive. We need volume, normal efficiency, and a game that does not completely get away from Indianapolis before halftime.

If the Colts are competitive, Taylor should be busy. If Indianapolis trails on the scoreboard, he should still be involved. That makes 70 rushing yards a reasonable threshold, even against a Kansas City team favored at home.

Patrick Mahomes Player Prop: 20+ Rushing Yards (+102)

Next, I am adding Mahomes for 20+ rushing yards at +102.

Mahomes looked good on the move in his return from a major knee injury. That is not a minor observation. He was willing to take off, and he did not look like a quarterback playing scared or trying to protect himself on every snap.

Kansas City’s passing game had some moments last week, but it was not totally smooth. Mahomes and his receivers had timing issues, and the Chiefs did not consistently create the kind of explosive passing plays we expect from a Mahomes-led offense.

When the passing game is a little clunky, Mahomes has always had a way to solve problems himself. At plus money, 20 rushing yards is a very reasonable bet on a quarterback who has repeatedly shown he can create with his legs when the first version of a play does not work.

Kenneth Walker Player Prop: 80+ Rushing Yards (-130)

The final leg is Walker for 80 or more rushing yards at -130.

Kansas City didn't bring Walker in to be a decorative piece in the offense. The Chiefs want to give him the ball, let him wear defenses down, and use him as a stabilizing force while the passing game finds its rhythm.

Walker’s Kansas City debut was a monster performance. He piled up 173 rushing yards and a touchdown, then added another score through the air. He ran through contact, made defenders miss, and repeatedly turned ordinary carries into chunk plays.

Denver’s tackling was also an absolute mess, so I am not going to pretend every yard from that performance should automatically carry over to this matchup. The Broncos missed a ridiculous number of tackles, and a defense expected to be tough and disciplined looked anything but that in Week 1.

Still, Walker did what elite runners do when a defense gives them opportunities: he destroyed it.

And this was not some random Week 1 lightning strike. Walker led all NFL ball carriers with at least 100 attempts in missed tackles forced per attempt during the 2025 season. He has the burst to exploit a crease and the balance to keep a routine run alive after first contact.

The game script works too. Kansas City is favored by six, and a Chiefs lead should translate to steady Walker volume in the second half.

Chiefs vs. Colts SGP and Parlay Picks Summary

This ticket has a simple idea: both teams have reasons to run.

Indianapolis needs Taylor involved to avoid letting Kansas City dictate every possession. The Chiefs have a featured back in Walker, and they may lean even more heavily on him if they establish a lead. In between, Mahomes provides a nice plus-money rushing piece with the mobility and improvisational instincts to clear 20 yards without needing a huge designed-run role.
