NFL Week 6 Picks and Predictions Today for Every Game - October 12
After Thursday's shocking New York Giants win over the Philadelphia Eagles, we simply have no idea what's going on in the NFL anymore. The league has become so unpredictable in 2025 that it's become harder and harder to find value edges. While it may be difficult, it's not impossible.
With 14 more games to bet on this week, there's plenty to look forward to. We scoured the data and determined which betting apps are giving us the best odds. Now, we're here to give you our best bets, picks, parlays, and props for NFL Week 6. Once you're done reading, you'll be able to bet at the sportsbooks with confidence.

Up To $1500 in Bonus Bets Paid Back if your First Bet Does Not Win The Jets have been nothing short of miserable this season, and come into London 0-5, ranked 27th in rushing defense. They have to put up with an upstart J.K. Dobbins, who has rushed for 402 yards and four touchdowns this season.
While Dobbins has been phenomenal, averaging 5.2 yards per carry, his volume hasn't been all too crazy, ranking 13th in rushing attempts per game with 15.4 carries a game.
Dobbins is poised to have a great game, though his volume could be disrupted if the Broncos blow the Jets out early. However, if it stays somewhat close, he could be in for a big game. Regardless, we still have him scoring a touchdown in a big Denver win.
On the Jets' end, we can't stress enough how undervalued Jets rookie TE Mason Taylor is at the moment. After a slow start, he's proved to be a valuable commodity and a bona fide safety valve for Justin Fields. He's posted 14 receptions for 132 yards over the past two games, and don't be surprised if he breaks out with this game script.
Seattle Seahawks @ Jacksonville Jaguars
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: Jaxon Smith-Njigba (+130 via DraftKings)
- Player Prop Pick: Smith-Njigba 2+ TDs (+950 via Caesars Sportsbook)
- Best Parlay: Sam Darnold 300+ Passing Yards, Darnold 3+ TDs; Trevor Lawrence 300+ Passing Yards, Lawrence 3+ TDs (+6000)
- Best Bet: Over 47.5 (-105 via FanDuel)
- Exact Score: Jaguars 34-31
The Seahawks and Jaguars, on paper, could be one of the most electrifying games of the weekend. Fresh off their upset win over the Kansas City Chiefs, the Jags (25.4 points per game) find themselves 4-1, squaring off against the Seahawks, who are 5th in scoring offense with 29.2 points per game.
Expect a whole lot of points in this game, which could come down to whoever has the last possession. Both teams rank near the bottom of the league in passing defense, so don't be shocked if this game is an aerial assault.
Los Angeles Chargers @ Miami Dolphins
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: De'Von Achane (-110 via DraftKings)
- Player Prop Pick: Achane 120+ Total Yards (+218 via DraftKings)
- Best Parlay: Dolphins ML, Under 44.5 points, De'Von Achane Anytime TD (+800 via DraftKings)
- Best Bet: Under 43.5 (-106 via DraftKings)
- Exact Score: Dolphins 17-13
If both teams were healthy, we would expect the Chargers to run all over the Dolphins. Now, it's a matter of who's going to be worse.
With Los Angeles down to their inexperienced 3rd and 4th string running backs in Hassan Haskins and Kimani Vidal, the Chargers have been literally calling teams, desperate for running help. They won't have it this weekend, and they'll be forced to play a duo that has less than 400 career rushing yards between them. This could cause Justin Herbert to face relentless blitzes all day long.
While Miami are 1-4 and without Tyreek Hill for the rest of the season, they've kept it close in every game less the season opener against Indy. I think the Dolphins do just enough to get it done in front of their home crowd, riding De'Von Achane to victory.
Los Angeles Rams @ Baltimore Ravens
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: Blake Corum (+380 via DraftKings)
- Player Prop Pick: Corum 40+ Rushing Yards (+235 via FanDuel)
- Best Parlay: Rams -7, Puka Nacua Anytime TD, Kyren Williams Anytime TD (+385 via Draftkings)
- Best Bet: Rams -7.5 (-102 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Exact Score: Rams 44-10
Bet & Get up to $1,000 in Bonus Bets! Remember what happened to the Ravens last week? It could be even worse this week with the Rams coming to town. They're just as unhealthy and have the league's worst defense by a landslide.
The Rams have been firing on all cylinders this season, putting up over 400 yards of total offense (2nd in the NFL), with Matthew Stafford throwing for nearly 300 yards a game. The Ravens, meanwhile, are still without Lamar Jackson, and will be down to Cooper Rush and have re-added Tyler Huntley to the squad.
Like last week, the line would be much higher if they didn't have the name Ravens on their helmets. Take the sharp angle and hammer the Rams. This game could be over at halftime, so don't go crazy on passing props. We could see a lot of Rams backup running back Blake Corum.
Arizona Cardinals @ Indianapolis Colts
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: Tyler Warren (+160 via FanDuel)
- Player Prop Pick: Warren 49.5+ Receiving Yards (-110 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Best Parlay: Under 46.5, Warren Anytime TD, Warren 49.5+ Receiving Yards (+575 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Best Bet: Under 46.5 (-110 via Caesars Sportsbook)
- Exact Score: Colts 27-13
New Customers: Bet $5+ and get $300 in Bonus Bets if it wins! It's all about the Colts and Danny Dimes this season. At 4-1, they're arguably the story of the season, and should have a walkover today against the Cardinals, who are without starting QB Kyler Murray. Former Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett will start in his absence.
While this game looks particularly one-sided, the Cardinals do have the good fortune of having one of the better run defenses in the NFL, having allowed just 92.4 yards per game and 3 touchdowns this season. It could be a bit difficult for Jonathan Taylor to get going.
Nevertheless, we expect the Colts to coast to victory in this one.
Dallas Cowboys @ Carolina Panthers
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: Rico Dowdle (-120 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Player Prop Pick: Dak Prescott 2+ Passing TDs (-129 via DraftKings)
- Best Parlay: Prescott 2+ Passing TDs, Dowdle + Jake Ferguson Anytime TDs (+460 via DraftKings)
- Best Bet: Panthers +3 (-108 via DraftKings)
- Exact Score: Panthers 27-24
Up To $1500 in Bonus Bets Paid Back if your First Bet Does Not Win I have a rule of thumb that's made me plenty of money over the last couple of seasons: always bet on the Panthers at home. Since 2022, the Panthers are 12-16 at home, as opposed to 4-24 on the road.
While that's not enough to bet on the Panthers alone, Carolina has taken a major step forward, unearthing Rico Dowdle in last week's comeback win over the Dolphins, as he went off for over 200 rushing yards in Chuba Hubbard's absence.
With Hubbard out again this week, Dowdle will get plenty of time to shine against his former team in what could be a revenge game for the undrafted 27-year-old former South Carolina Gamecock. Feeding Dowdle will only relieve the pressure on Bryce Young, who is beginning to take some meaningful strides after a brutal introduction to the NFL. With the Cowboys having the worst passing offense in the league, Young may be able to record the biggest win of the year and take the Panthers to 3-3 and NFL relevancy.
Without Ceedee Lamb, the Cowboys defense will have to step up in a big way. They recorded five sacks in last week's blowout win over the hapless Jets, and will need to build on that performance.
I see a back-and-forth battle between the two teams going the Panthers' way via a walkoff field goal.
New England Patriots @ New Orleans Saints
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: New England D/ST (+650 via DraftKings)
- Player Prop Pick: Hunter Henry 6+ Receptions (+342 via DraftKings)
- Best Parlay: New England D/ST Anytime TD, Under 33.5 Points (+7500 via DraftKings)
- Best Bet: Under 45.5 (-105 via FanDuel)
- Exact Score: Patriots 17-13
You want an ugly football game? You've got one as the Patriots and Saints will do battle in what could be one of the lowest-scoring games of the weekend.
The Patriots will likely struggle against the Saints' 9th-ranked passing defense, while the Saints will likely have to rely on Spencer Rattler (eek!) as the Patriots boast the 4th-best rushing defense in the league. Alvin Kamara will be far less than 100% as well, as he continues to deal with an ankle injury.
Both teams should have a lot of success on the defensive end, which allows us to absolutely hammer the under today.
Cleveland Browns @ Pittsburgh Steelers
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: DK Metcalf (+180 via FanDuel)
- Player Prop Pick: Harold Fannin Jr. 6+ Receptions (+548 via DraftKings)
- Best Parlay: Metcalf, Quinshon Judkins Anytime TDs, Steelers -5.5 (+1000 via DraftKings)
- Best Bet: Judkins Anytime TD (+115 via DraftKings)
- Exact Score: Steelers 24-14
A classic AFC North rivalry ensues today, with Aaron Rodgers getting his first taste of the Cleveland Browns' stout defense in a Steelers uniform.
Dillon Gabriel looked very serviceable against the Vikings last week, throwing for 190 yards, two touchdowns and, most importantly, no interceptions.
Though the Browns have the second-ranked defense in the league, as far as total defense is concerned, they've given up a whopping 15 touchdowns through the first five games of the season. That's because the Browns' offense has continued to sputter and allows their opponents countless possessions every game.
We see that being the case once again today, with the Steelers winning an ugly game 24-14.
Tennessee Titans @ Las Vegas Raiders
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: Tre Tucker (+260 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Player Prop Pick: Geno Smith 300+ Passing Yards (+450 via Caesars Sportsbook)
- Best Parlay: Ashton Jeanty Anytime TD, Geno Smith 1+ INTs, Cam Ward 1+ INTs, Raiders -4.5 (+850 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Best Bet: Jeanty Anytime TD (-140 via DraftKings)
- Exact Score: Raiders 27-10
Is it finally the time for Geno Smith to look like a serviceable NFL quarterback for the Raiders this season? Maybe. He won't have a better shot as he faces one of the worst teams in the NFL in the Tennessee Titans.
Geno has looked absolutely dreadful, and outside of his stat-padding against the Commanders, his stats prove it. With the Raiders at 1-4, Smith's 6 touchdowns, 9 interceptions, and 75.2 passer rating are bad enough that Pete Carroll should probably start looking at quarterbacks elsewhere. Kenny Pickett may have to be in at some point this season.
Las Vegas should have no problem taking care of a Titans team that has a lot of missing pieces on every side of the ball. With Geno's job possibly on the line, expect him to sling the ball around a lot, even without Brock Bowers. Ashton Jeanty should have a nice day at the office as well, expect him to house at least one.
San Francisco 49ers @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: Emeka Egbuka (+105 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Player Prop Pick: Baker Mayfield 325+ Passing Yards (+630 via FanDuel)
- Best Parlay: Buccaneers -3.5, Mayfield 325+ Passing Yards, Mayfield 3+ Passing TDs (+1576 via FanDuel)
- Best Bet: Buccaneers -3.5 (-102 via FanDuel)
- Exact Score: Buccaneers 38-24
Baker Mayfield is looking like a legitimate MVP contender, while Mac Jones has looked rejuvenated in San Francisco. Unfortunately, Jones has been battling knee and oblique injuries all week, and Ricky Pearsall, Brandon Aiyuk, and George Kittle will be out.
With Jauan Jennings ailing, Jones will have to again rely on Kendrick Bourne and Demarcus Robinson, and tight ends Jake Tonges and Luke Farrell. If Jones can be on the same page with his receivers, this could be an all-time shootout. Unfortunately, we think the hits will be too hard this week, and Mayfield will roll.
Cincinnati Bengals @ Green Bay Packers
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: Emanuel Wilson (+450 via FanDuel)
- Player Prop Pick: Joe Flacco 250+ Passing Yards (+250 via DraftKings)
- Best Parlay: Over 44.5, Packers -14, Josh Jacobs Anytime TD (+315 via Caesars Sportsbook)
- Best Bet: Over 44.5 (-110 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Exact Score: Packers 45-10
The Packers offense is really good and Jordan Love is clicking. The Bengals are really bad on both sides of the ball. That's why the Packers are two-touchdown favorites today and, realistically, should win this game by much more.
While the Bengals have hope again after signing Joe Flacco, it shouldn't be seen as that big of a step up from Jake Browning, though the experience will certainly help. What doesn't help is that Ja'Marr Chase has been battling an illness all week and will likely sit if the game gets out of hand early.
This game feels like a walkover through and through. We could get a chance to see a lot of Packers backups today, including RB Emanuel Wilson and QB Malik Willis.
Detroit Lions @ Kansas City Chiefs
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: Amon-Ra St. Brown (+110 via DraftKings)
- Player Prop Pick: Goff 3+ Passing TDs (+282 via DraftKings)
- Best Parlay: Lions ML, Over 52.5, Goff 3+ Passing TDs, St. Brown Anytime TD (+819 via Fanduel)
- Best Bet: Over 52.5 (-110 via Caesars Sportsbook)
- Exact Score: Lions 34-26
I think we have to begin to understand that these aren't the same Chiefs we grew up with. Outside of last year's AFC Championship game and an injury-riddled Ravens worst-ranked defense, the Chiefs haven't scored 32+ points since facing the Bears in Week 3 of the 2023 season.
Following their sputtering Week 1 performance against the Packers, the Lions offense has scored 34+ points every game during their four-game winning streak, averaging an incredible 40.3 points per game over that span.
The Lions should, once again, take advantage of Jared Goff's elite arm and their one-two punch in Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery. They should be able to win any sort of shootout battle.
Buffalo Bills @ Atlanta Falcons
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: Bijan Robinson (-170 via Caesars Sportsbook)
- Player Prop Pick: Robinson 130+ Rushing Yards (+750 via Caesars Sportsbook)
- Best Parlay: Falcons ML, Robinson 125+ Rushing yards, Robinson 2+ TDs (+1645 via FanDuel)
- Best Bet: Falcons -6.5 (+425 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Exact Score: Falcons 31-20
The Buffalo Bills are officially on upset alert this week as they go into Atlanta on Monday Night Football with a dreadful matchup looming. With MLB Matt Milano out and DT Ed Oliver still struggling with his ankle sprain, Falcons superstar running back Bijan Robinson could be looking at one of the best games of his career.
It's hard to believe that Bijan has yet to have 200 total yards of total offense or three touchdowns in a single game over the course of his young career. With the league's 28th-ranked rushing defense missing several key players, this one is lining up to be an incredibly special day at the office for Bijan.
Bills TE Dalton Kincaid, who had six catches for 108 yards in last week's loss to the Patriots, may miss out, as he's worn a red non-contact jersey in practice on Thursday and Friday.
While reigning MVP Josh Allen and running back James Cook are a threat in their own accord, they have to face the league's number one passing defense.
Take the Falcons to potentially blow out the Bills. We love the big alternate spreads for this one, and a Falcons ML win is our lock of the week.
Chicago Bears @ Washington Commanders
- Anytime Touchdown Pick: Deebo Samuel (+125 via FanDuel)
- Player Prop Pick: Samuel 80+ Receiving Yards (+194 via FanDuel)
- Best Parlay: Jayden Daniels 250+ Passing Yards, Daniels 2+ TDs, Caleb Williams 250+ Passing Yards, Williams 2+ TDs (+1050 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Best Bet: Over 50 (-110 via BetMGM Sportsbook)
- Exact Score: Commanders 34-24
We love this matchup on Monday Night Football from an entertainment standpoint. In a rematch of Jayden Daniels' infamous Hail Mary TD that really solidified him as an NFL quarterback, we have two offenses that have made very few mistakes on the offensive side of the ball.
With two of the worst 10 defenses in football, this could be a very wide-open game. Expect a lot of touchdowns and the better team (Washington) to come out on top.
