The final week of the NFL regular season is always one of the most unpredictable to prognosticate as teams have varying levels of both motivation and personnel usage. NFL Week 18 odds are now available to bet on. The move to a 14-team playoff field three years ago has helped increase the chances of seeing incentivized teams in Week 18. With so many clubs currently fighting for Wild Card spots, this year is no different. Key games include the Steelers (-3.5) at Ravens and the Texans (-1.5) at Colts (+1.5). Both of those contests will be played on Saturday. Sunday is highlighted by the Bills (-3) at Dolphins (+3), with the AFC East title on the line.

The sports betting experts at TheLines will dive deeper into the Week 18 NFL lines below.

Week 18 NFL betting lines

Here is a look at some of the key games for NFL Week 18.

Pittsburgh Steelers (-3.5) at Baltimore Ravens (+3.5)

The Steelers are road favorites here with Baltimore already having locked up the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said he is undecided on whether or not likely league MVP Lamar Jackson will play against Pittsburgh. The Steelers absolutely need this win to try and sneak into the playoffs. Even with a victory, Mike Tomlin’s crew will need some help to get into the dance.

Houston Texans (-1.5) at Indianapolis Colts (+1.5)

HOU versus IND was given the Saturday primetime spot in Week 18 because of its playoff implications. For both the Texans and Colts, it’s a “win and you’re in” scenario. The Colts opened as a -1 betting favorite but by Wednesday, January 3 the visiting Texans were favored with a spread of -1.5.

Buffalo Bills (-2.5) at Miami Dolphins (+2.5)

Miami is 6-2 against the spread at home so far this season and they have proven capable of beating top-notch teams at Hard Rock Stadium as they upended the Cowboys in South Florida on Christmas Eve. Buffalo’s defense has been steadily improving in recent weeks, although star QB Josh Allen has not been putting up his typical gaudy numbers. The Bills opened as -2.5 road favorites here and that number has held firm this week, mostly due to the fact that Buffalo is pretty much in a win-or-go-home situation. Mike McDaniel’s Dolphins team can afford to lose this game as it has already clinched a playoff berth. That said, Miami has plenty of incentive to show up for this one. Not only is the division crown on the line but the Dolphins would fall from the 2 seed in the AFC to the 6 seed with a loss.
