NFL Week 18 Odds | Point Spreads, Moneylines, Totals
NFL Week 18 odds are widely available, meaning bettors can get their wagers in for the final week of the regular season. Only a few games will move the needle in terms of NFL playoff odds. But that doesn’t mean there can’t be value in the theoretically meaningless spots.
NFL Week 18 odds
Here is a look at updated NFL odds for Week 18, with point spreads, moneylines, and totals available at betting apps near you.
Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens (-19.5)
The Browns continued to struggle with Dorian Thompson-Robinson at the helm of the offense in Week 17. Cleveland took a 20-3 loss to a Tyler Huntley-led Dolphins team. To make matters worse, Jerome Ford suffered an ankle injury that could well spell the end of his season and leave D’Onta Foreman as the lead back for this finale.
The Ravens disposed of the Texans in convincing fashion on Christmas Day by a 31-2 score. Lamar Jackson set the all-time career rushing record for quarterbacks, and Derrick Henry turned in another dominant performance. A win by Baltimore, the heaviest favorite of the week, will clinch the AFC North and the No. 3 seed for John Harbaugh’s squad.
The game has opened with an over/under of 42.5 points.
Cincinnati Bengals (-2) at Pittsburgh Steelers
The Bengals rode their Joe Burrow-Tee Higgins-Ja’Marr Chase big three to an overtime victory against the Broncos on Saturday afternoon to remain alive for a playoff spot. Burrow threw for 412 yards and three touchdowns, while Higgins and Chase combined for 20 receptions, 233 yards, and three scores. Chase Brown did suffer an ankle injury that will bear monitoring throughout the week.
The Steelers lost their third in a row on Christmas Day against the Chiefs. They continued to struggle through the air despite George Pickens’ return from a two-game absence. Pittsburgh has blown a golden opportunity to take the AFC North. They most likely head into the postseason as a wild card unless the Ravens suffer an unthinkable upset.
The Bengals’ still very narrow path to the playoffs requires a victory in this spot combined with losses by the Broncos and Dolphins.
The game has opened with an over/under of 48.5 points.
Carolina Panthers at Atlanta Falcons (-7.5)
The Panthers didn’t come close to maintaining their late-season momentum in Week 17, taking a 48-14 thrashing from the Buccaneers. Baker Mayfield lit them up for five touchdown passes. Nevertheless, Bryce Young threw a pair of long TDs to Adam Thielen and continues to demonstrate improvement.
The Falcons faltered against the Commanders on Sunday night to lose control of the NFC South. Atlanta did get another encouraging effort from Michael Penix in his second start and should still have a very good chance of taking care of business in this matchup.
The game has opened with an over/under of 48.5 points.
Washington Commanders (-6) at Dallas Cowboys
The Cinderella season of the Commanders and Jayden Daniels took another big step Sunday night with Washington’s win over the Falcons. That moved Dan Quinn’s squad to 11-5. The Commanders are locked into an NFC wild-card spot.
The Cowboys have nothing but pride to play for in this spot and didn’t look like anything resembling a competent offense in their first game without CeeDee Lamb (IR). Cooper Rush will have one more opportunity to put a bow on a solid stretch of standing in for Dak Prescott. He may once again have a difficult time without his top target, though.
The game has opened with an over/under of 44.5 points.
Chicago Bears at Green Bay Packers (-10)
The Bears lost their 10th straight game on Thursday night with an abysmal 6-3 defeat at the hands of the Seahawks. Caleb Williams and the offense appear to be regressing instead of improving at this juncture. And given the Packers still have some incentive for a victory, that long losing streak may not be snapped until 2025.
Green Bay got down early and couldn’t make up enough ground against the Vikings in a thrilling Week 17 battle. The Pack will now take the No. 7 seed unless they win and Washington loses, which would move them to No. 6.
The game has opened with an over/under of 40.5 points.
Houston Texans at Tennesee Titans (-1.5)
The Texans looked like anything but a playoff team in an embarrassing 31-2 home loss to the Ravens. C.J. Stroud played without Tank Dell (knee) and Stefon Diggs (knee) for the first time, and the team’s lack of depth at receiver was exposed in the ugly loss.
The Titans took another loss with Mason Rudolph at the helm, dropping a 20-13 decision to the Jaguars. Tennessee head coach Brian Callahan has already announced both Will Levis and Rudolph will see time under center in this regular-season finale.
The game has opened with an over/under of 37.5 points.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Indianapolis Colts (-4.5)
The Jaguars picked up another win Sunday against the Titans. Mac Jones threw a pair of TD passes without any interceptions and continued to display his burgeoning connection with star rookie Brian Thomas Jr. Jones has been serviceable down the stretch while filling in for Trevor Lawrence. Head coach Doug Pederson could loosen the reins in this nothing-to-lose season finale.
The Colts blew a golden opportunity to remain alive for the playoffs by falling to the Giants 45-33. Indianapolis went with Joe Flacco at quarterback due to Anthony Richardson’s back injury. Considering the postseason is no longer a possibility, head coach Shane Steichen may shut the rookie down for the finale.
The game has opened with an over/under of 45.5 points.
Buffalo Bills (-2) at New England Patriots
The Bills had little trouble with the visiting Jets after a slow start, notching a 40-14 win in Week 17. Josh Allen continued his MVP quest with another solid performance. Buffalo is now locked into the No. 2 seed to host the wild-card team with the worst record.
The Patriots were trampled by the Chargers on Saturday afternoon, falling by a 40-7 score. They didn’t look competitive on either side of the ball. Jerod Mayo’s job is reportedly safe, but another ugly defeat in this spot could upend that equation.
The game has opened with an over/under of 38.5 points.
New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles (-3)
The Giants thrived in their role of spoiler in Week 17, knocking the Colts from postseason contention with an out-of-nowhere 45-33 win. Drew Lock threw for 309 yards and four touchdowns, with Malik Nabers (7-171-2) a prime beneficiary.
The Eagles are locked into the No. 2 seed after routing the Cowboys, 40-7, on Sunday. Philly did it without Jalen Hurts and, eventually, Kenny Pickett for part of Sunday’s game after he aggravated a rib injury. Tanner McKee threw touchdown passes on two of his three attempts, and Saquon Barkley moved to within 100 yards of Eric Dickerson’s all-time single-season rushing record. He may be allowed to push for that mark in this spot.
The game has opened with an over/under of 38.5 points.
New Orleans Saints at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-13.5)
The Saints fell to the Raiders in another game with Spencer Rattler at the helm and Alvin Kamara (groin) on the sideline. With nothing to play for except spoiler in this finale, Kamara may well remain out and would likely be joined by Derek Carr (hand). That would give Rattler one more chance to gain some experience.
The Buccaneers ran roughshod over the Panthers by a 48-14 score in Baker Mayfield’s second career five-touchdown game. Coupled with Atlanta’s loss to the Commanders on Sunday night, Tampa Bay remains in contention for the NFC South crown. They need to win here.
The game has opened with an over/under of 43.5 points.
Kansas City Chiefs at Denver Broncos (-10.5)
The Chiefs secured the AFC’s No. 1 seed with a Christmas Day win over the Steelers. Patrick Mahomes, Isiah Pacheco, and Chris Jones are among the high-profile walking wounded for Kansas City, who will be getting some valuable rest over the next few weeks, starting with this matchup.
The Broncos have come up empty twice in their bid to secure a playoff spot but should have a good chance to take care of things in this spot. Bo Nix continues to play like a seasoned veteran, and Marvin Mims has flashed on a couple of occasions in recent games. That makes Denver an interesting (presumptive) playoff team.
The game has opened with an over/under of 39.5 points.
Los Angeles Chargers (-4.5) at Las Vegas Raiders
The Chargers dismantled the Patriots as expected on Saturday to move to 10-6. Los Angeles is already in the postseason but will be the fifth seed with a victory in this game and a Steelers loss to the Bengals. Then, they’d face the Texans in the wild-card round. A Pittsburgh win or a Chargers loss makes L.A. the No. 6 seed. That sets up a matchup versus the Steelers or Ravens.
The Raiders are 4-12 and do have consecutive victories, but they’ll be overmatched in this game, especially at quarterback. There have been some nice stories down the stretch for Vegas as they perhaps try to save Antonio Pierce’s job. But a motivated Bolts team could end their season – and perhaps his tenure at the helm – on a sour note.
The game has opened with an over/under of 41.5 points.
Seattle Seahawks (-5.5) at Los Angeles Rams
This game would have had much more meaning for the Seahawks had the Commanders not upended the Falcons on Sunday night. Seattle is now officially eliminated from postseason contention. They will be playing to get to double-digit wins in Mike Macdonald’s debut.
The Rams are 10-6 and riding a five-game winning streak. They’ll clinch the No. 3 seed here with one more win. A loss would drop them to No. 4 and a daunting matchup with either the Vikings or Lions in the wild-card round. Sean McVay already hinted he’s resting his starters, affecting these NFL Week 18 odds.
Miami Dolphins (+1.5) at New York Jets
The Dolphins remain alive for the postseason after knocking off the Browns in Week 16. If the Dolphins pull off another win here, possibly with Tua Tagovailoa back from his hip injury, and the Broncos fall to the Chiefs, Miami is in as a wild card, albeit with an unenviable trip to Buffalo.
The Jets will actually have a couple of things to play for besides pride here. Aaron Rodgers, in what may well be the last game as a Jet (or ever), aims for TD No. 500. They’ll also have the spoiler motivation. However, Gang Green already looked checked out against the Bills in a 40-14 loss on Sunday.
The game has opened with an over/under of 40.5 points.
San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals (-4)
The Niners dropped a wild 40-34 decision to the Lions on Monday night to close out Week 17. Brock Purdy became the latest key San Fran player to suffer an injury, sustaining a bruised elbow. Joshua Dobbs, who recorded a rushing TD late in Purdy’s stead against Detroit, is projected to start.
The Cardinals are also eliminated from playoff contention. That ups the chances this game turns into an anything-goes slugfest between the division rivals. Arizona suffered another close loss to the Rams in Week 17, although Trey McBride finally recorded his first TD catch of ‘24. James Conner was knocked out of the contest with a knee injury that could well sideline him for this game.
The game has opened with an over/under of 46.5 points.
Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions (-2.5)
The Vikings handled their end of things in Week 17, escaping with a 27-25 win over the Packers. Sam Darnold continued to look the part of third overall pick with 377 yards and three touchdowns. The win kept Minnesota in position to have this season-ending showdown be for the NFC North and No. 1 seed. Aaron Jones’ quadriceps injury will be worth monitoring.
The Lions upended the 49ers on Monday night to stay hot. They head into this game with plenty of confidence after already having edged Minnesota on the road. Detroit is 5-0 in division games and has a +200 point differential. This could well turn out to be the game of the season, given how closely the two teams match up.
