NFL Wild Card Weather Report: Cold Forecasts Include Broncos At Bills
Each week, the NFL weather reports loom large. Ignoring them could be detrimental to your NFL betting bottom line, as they can help you find a winning bet or avoid a loser. Late in the season, cold, wind, and rain/snow can affect games significantly.
Wild Card Weekend looks set for pretty clear weather. Cold temperatures are in the forecast, but the winds look calm, which should mean relatively offense-friendly conditions. These forecasts are subject to change. Make sure to monitor potential situations throughout the week. Ravens Vs. Steelers
This is a night game, so the current forecast predicts the game dodges the worst of this weather. Snow is expected during the day, along with 11 mph winds. However, the evening forecast calls for mostly clear skies (possible light flurries) and 10 mph winds. Evening temps are supposed to be around 27 degrees, so it will undoubtedly be cold.
If the snow gets pushed to the evening, we might see worsening conditions for the offenses.
Bills Vs. Broncos
Buffalo has a 30% chance of snow and winds around nine mph. If that forecast holds, things should be reasonably clear, explaining the higher total.
However, keep an eye on this game because the days on either side of Sunday feature double-digit wind speeds and a 50% chance of snow. Buffalo also has the infamous lake effect to watch for, so things could change quickly for the worse.
Eagles vs. Packers
Clear skies and cold temperatures are likely. With this game taking place in the early evening, expect temperatures around 30 degrees and dropping. With winds at only six mph, passing games should be able to operate as usual here. If the receivers can manage in the cold, expect all systems to go for these offenses.
Buccaneers vs. Commanders
Naturally, Tampa Bay projects to have the most offense-friendly conditions. There’s a slight chance of rain (15%). But other than that, the 48-degree temps and “light and variable” winds mean passing games should thrive. The highest total of the week reflects that.
