NFL Weather Report For Week 10: Mostly Clear Forecasts

Each week, the NFL weather reports loom as potential game-changers. Ignore them at your detriment, as they can help you find a winning bet or avoid a losing one. Particularly with the calendar now hitting November, cold, wind and snow could affect outdoor games in most parts of the country. NFL Week 10 odds feature
Week 9 saw mostly clear forecasts come to fruition, with the Germany game between the Dolphins and Chiefs played out under a closed roof to keep out the wind and rain. The only bad weather came in Packers vs. Rams, which did see the offenses struggle to 23 total points and a cakewalk under rainy conditions.
Keep in mind these forecasts are always subject to change. Monitor potentially impactful situations as the week progresses to see how forecasts evolve.
Carolina Panthers At Chicago Bears
Chicago in November usually means wind and cold, and that’s precisely what these two teams will get for Thursday Night Football odds. Two offenses that don’t move the rock very efficiently in good conditions will be meeting up, so it’s little surprise the total indicates a low-scoring contest on tap. It’s hard to read into any early line movements since the Bears’ quarterback situation will likely drive any shifts, rather than the weather.
NFL Weather: 36 F, 1% chance of precipitation, winds 10 to 15 mph
San Francisco 49ers At Jacksonville Jaguars
Looks like pretty typical Florida rain potentially in the forecast. With both of these teams getting pretty run-heavy at times in good conditions (both top eight in rushing rate), look for the coaches to lean on their rushing attacks should the iffy weather come to fruition.
NFL Weather: 73 F, 38% chance of precipitation, winds 10 to 15 mph
Tennessee Titans At Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Normally, hot weather isn’t a concern this time of year. But it appears the Tampa area is set to get a mini heatwave with temps in the high 80s all week. Tennessee comes in with extra rest and should have plenty in the gas tank, but conditioning could be an issue in hot weather for the unprepared in this spot. If defenses are tiring, we could see some late scoring.
The market appears to have looked that way, though Tampa’s inept performance on defense against Houston may have been the main factor in a line move. DraftKings Sportsbook took enough over bets to rocket the number from 38 to 39.5 before it settled back in between.
NFL Weather: 87 F, 18% chance of precipitation, 5 to 10 mph winds

Washington Commanders At Seattle Seahawks
After the disappointing effort against Baltimore, the Seahawks head home to possibly rainy weather against Washington. The Commanders have gotten quite a bit of mileage out of their passing offense, ranking dead last in rushing rate. So, they might struggle a little more than Seattle in the elements.
NFL Weather: 53 F, 41% chance of precipitation, winds 5 to 10 mph
Denver Broncos At Buffalo Bills
Snow season might not quite be here in Buffalo, but we’re certainly on watch. Most likely, this will just be your garden-variety cold weather game without any particular effect from wind or snow. But, with near-freezing temps and a non-trivial chance of precipitation in the early forecast, it’s one to keep an eye on in case things get any worse.
NFL Weather: 36 F, 19% chance of precipitation, winds 5 to 10 mph
