Potential Buccaneers at Bills tNF Sgp PICKS

Let’s build our same game parlay on potential Buffalo dominance on TNF. With the Bills entering this game as more than a touchdown favorite, one has to assume Buffalo will handle business at home. It’s interesting to note that in three of the Bills’ four wins, they have outscored their opponent by an average of 30 points per game. The Buccaneers have lost by 14 points in two of their three losses on the year, displaying they are a team that is vulnerable to being brownout.
While the Bills are hurting defensively, their offense is still a powerhouse—Buffalo’s offense grades in the top five of many offensive categories. Most notably, the Bills are fourth in rushing and passing offense by EPA. The matchup against this Tampa Bay defense can specifically be taken advantage of via the air. The Bucs are 20th in pass defense by EPA. Tampa is also struggling to get pressure on the opposing quarterback, grading out in the bottom eight in pressure rate. The lack of pressure from Tampa Bay’s pass rush will set up Josh Allen with a squeaky-clean pocket on Thursday night.
Bucs RB Rachaad White Props
While one would think that betting on a running back in a projected negative game script doesn’t make sense, in this particular spot, it does. The Bills have been getting gashed by opposing RBs all season long. Even in the Bills blowout wins over the Dolphins and Commanders, the opposing RB ran exceptionally well. Brian Robinson carried the ball 10 times for 70 yards (7 YPC). De’Von Achane carried the ball eight times for 101 yards (12.6 YPC). Buffalo has been playing poor run defense, grading out as a bottom 10 unit by EPA. The Bills have also surrendered the seventh most rushing yards to opposing RBs in 2023.
Now enter Bucs sophomore RB Rachaad White, one of the few RBs still being used as a bell-cow in the NFL. We need opportunity data to make a case for that player when betting. White is averaging more than 17 touches per game this season and 13.8 carries per contest. With the Bills allowing 5.2 YPC to opposing RBs this year, White should soar over his rushing yards prop.
