Giants At Cowboys Thanksgiving Same Game Parlay Strategy
My colleague Eli Hershkovich is a fan of betting the under in this game, as he explained on our show this week, Beat The Closing Line. I can certainly see why he leans that way, since I have a hard time seeing the Giants getting much done with their passing offense here. Dallas can rush the passer like nobody else, and the Giants have a poor collection of weapons, a mediocre quarterback, and a banged-up offensive line.
But, I could see many points potentially scored if a game script develops where the Giants go down early. We saw the same sort of thing play out this past week against the Lions, when Daniel Jones was forced into a season-high 44 pass attempts. He wound up throwing for 341 yards.
Sheer volume can get him to a reasonably high passing total here, but the market is ice-cold on his chances. Thus, it’s offering a great price on, for example, Jones to surpass even the modest total of 224.5 passing yards.
In that sort of game state, I think the most likely receiver to benefit for the Giants would be Darius Slayton. He’s probably the most talented weapon they have left and should shoulder a huge portion of the target share with Wan’Dale Robinson lost to injury. Slayton has scored some long TDs in recent weeks, and while Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs has shown great ability to stick with opposing WRs for pass break-ups, he has also shown a tendency to get torched deep at times. That’s where Slayton does his best work.
Mo’s Cowboys Vs. Giants Same Game Parlay
- Over 48.5 total points
- Daniel Jones Over 224.5 passing yards
- Darius Slayton TD
This Thanksgiving same game parlay pays out +1191 at FanDuel Sportsbook. You’ll have to add more leg to take advantage of the parlay above, but I’ll leave that up to you.
