The Philadelphia Eagles (14-3) take on the Los Angeles Rams (10-7) in the NFC Divisional Round of the 2025 NFL Playoffs. Opening odds posted at DraftKings Sportsbook lined the Eagles as a 6-point favorite with an over/under listed at 43.5 points. Although the Lions secured the first-round bye, the Eagles appear to have the best top-to-bottom roster in the NFC that’s also fairly healthy. However, not having the home-field advantage over Detroit could prove to be a difficult test. The Rams overcame a displaced venue (having played in Arizona), handily beating the Vikings in the Wild Card Round.

The Rams vs. Eagles game will kick off Sunday at 3:00 p.m. EST from Lincoln Financial in Philadelphia. The game will be broadcast on NBC. Stay up to date with TheLines for picks, props, and parlays throughout the NFL Playoffs.

Eagles Host Rams in NFC Divisional Round

From the opening kickoff, it was clear the Eagles came to play. Oren Burks popped Packers return man Keisean Nixon, forcing a fumble that was ruled an Eagles recovery (though you can decide for yourself). From that point on, Philadelphia moved the line of scrimmage, rushing for 169 yards as a team. The Eagles’ defense forced three interceptions from Jordan Love and an additional pair of Green Bay fumbles. This season, Philly averages nearly 180 yards on the ground, second-most in the NFL behind Baltimore (nearly 200).

From a depraved roster and a 1-4 start to NFC West champions and one of the final four teams left in the NFC, the Rams underwent a dramatic change. A Week 5 bye seemed disadvantageous, but without it, L.A. may not have made the postseason at all. After that bye, the Rams finished on a 9-2 run before resting starters in Week 18. Aside from a 42-point outing from the Bills (a game the Rams won), the Rams’ defense held four straight opponents to 14 or fewer points from Weeks 13-17. Their Wild Card matchup with the Vikings–relocated due to wildfires in Los Angeles–was a runaway win for the Rams.

The Eagles visited the Rams back in Week 12, handing them their last loss until Week 18. Philadelphia rushed for over 300 yards, a ridiculous 255 of which came from Saquon Barkley alone; Barkley also picked up 47 yards through the air. This time around, expect the Rams to set aside more focus on the 2,000-yard rusher.

The winner of this game plays the winner between the Lions and Commanders.
