How The Bills Got Here
At 6-6 and dead in the water, Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills turned things around. After running through the Steelers in the AFC Wild Card round, the Bills extended their win streak to six straight. Now, they host their third AFC Divisional game in four seasons, including in each of the last two. Tight ends Dalton Kincaid and Dalton Knox opened the flood gates last round while the Bills run game sealed the deal. Against Kansas City’s 28th-ranked rush defense, that run game will continue to be pivotal.

How The Chiefs Got Here
Temperatures at Arrowhead plummeted to 30 degrees below zero last weekend as the Chiefs hosted the Dolphins. In the frigid conditions, KC’s offense barely missed a beat and Patrick Mahomes continued his brilliant play. Although in a down season, Mahomes extended his postseason record to 12-3 in just six seasons. Perhaps the most impressive part of their AFC Wild Card game was the defense. And despite a deficient rush defense, the Chiefs held the Dolphins to 76 yards on the ground.
The Chiefs haven’t gone on the road in the postseason since 2015. This round also marks Mahomes’ first road playoff game in his professional career.
