FanDuel NFL Playoffs Promo Details
For players who have DFS accounts, getting started on FanDuel doesn’t take very long. Most of the work has already been done in terms of specifics. Use the existing login credentials to get started. Once established, the account will work on both areas of operation, allowing the play of the existing balance for both options.
New to FanDuel? Sign-up takes a few minutes so have personal and banking information ready. Accounts can be created through the mobile app or the browser site. Either way, FanDuel will look to verify age (21 to play) and download geolocation software to any device used to confirm residency in states where they operate. If using the site to get started, we certainly advise downloading the app later to desired mobile devices. It’s a great experience and helps those looking to wager in-game.
Whether a new or “existing” FanDuel customer, qualifying for this offer requires a minimum deposit of $10. When creating a new account or adding money at any time, we strongly recommend using a secure, private internet connection, like a password-protected home network. This will mitigate any risk to sensitive data. GET STARTED
Once the account is started, make the first wager on the Enhanced Odds Market with a pre-game moneyline wager on one of the 12 teams playing the wild card round. The bet can be more than $5, which will pay out any winnings at the listed price. If the team wins, the account will be credited 30-1 odds on that first $5. All the winnings can be withdrawn immediately, since they are all cash, not site credit.
NFL Wild Card Weekend Preview
Both 3-6 matchups feature well-known teams with established rivalries and high-profile offenses. Saturday night, Buffalo hosts divisional rival New England. Josh Allen won another AFC East title with a talented Bills roster. Mac Jones brought the Patriots back to the postseason with a formula that looks awfully familiar with Bill Belichek. The teams split the regular season meetings, with each team winning on the road. The two old rivals have only met once in the postseason, in a divisional tiebreaker in 1963 won by the Boston Patriots 26-8 to make the franchise’s lone AFL Championship Game.
Sunday afternoon on Nickelodeon features a rivalry that harkens back to the 90s, when CBS had the NFC games. San Francisco earned a playoff spot with a comeback in Week 18 and will face the East champions Dallas. Dak Prescott has guided the Cowboys to a division crown but the defensive revival has everyone talking, led by rookie Micah Parsons who could easily be Defensive Player of the Year. The 49ers will bring a hard-nosed rushing attack and will try to give Jimmy Garroppolo enough time to hit his dynamic receivers. This will be the first of the rivalry’s eight postseason meetings to take place in the Wild Card round. Last time they met, it was 1995 at Candlestick Park, as Steve Young led the Niners to knock off the two-time Super Bowl champs in the conference championship game, 38-24.
