NBA Schedule
- Thunder vs. Spurs, 8 pm ET (Thunder lead series 2-1)
Best NBA Bets Today – Player Props
Jared McCain, Thunder Over 11.5 Points (-118, FanDuel)
McCain was an afterthought when he was acquired from the 76ers at the trade deadline. He barely played in the opening round against the Suns. When Jalen Williams went down with a hamstring issue against the Lakers, McCain stepped in. He went over this prop in three of the four games against Los Angeles. McCain followed that up by going over the mark in two of three games in this series. That includes a 24-point eruption Friday night in Game 3. With Williams a question mark, look for McCain to go over the mark again here.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Thunder Over 7.5 Assists (+102, FanDuel)
Gilgeous-Alexander earned MVP honors for his performance this season and hasn’t slacked off in the playoffs. While he was a dynamic scorer in the regular season, finishing second in scoring (31.1 ppg) behind Luka Doncic, he was 14th in assists. Gilgeous-Alexander improved his playmaking numbers in the postseason. His assists climbed from 6.6 a game in the regular season to 8.2 in the postseason. Gilgeous-Alexander dished out at least eight dimes in his last five games and eight of his last 10. With the Thunder’s depth of options, he passes this number again.
Dylan Harper, Spurs Over 10.5 Points (-101, DraftKings)
This one is a bit dicey as Harper wasn’t as active in Game 3 after leaving Game 2 with an adductor strain. He played just 17:16 off the bench in Game 3 and finished two of seven from the floor for six points. With that said, Harper went over the number in eight of his last nine games prior to Game 3. Five times, he put up at least 15 points. Harper is critical to the Spurs’ having a chance against the Thunder.

Thunder ML (BetMGM, +118)
Bench play was what determined Game 3 as the Thunder had more reserves in double figures (four) than starters (two) in the contest. Having the ability to bring a guy like Jared McCain, who was acquired during the year, is a luxury. He scored 24 points in 27 minutes while Alex Caruso (18) and Jaylin Williams (15) came up big. San Antonio has Wembanyama but his supporting cast is banged up, not to mention underperforming. In addition, the Spurs committed 59 turnovers in the first three games, leading to 75 Thunder points. Oklahoma City has momentum and that carries them to a win here.
Thunder vs. Spurs Over 218.5 (BetMGM, -110)
Each of the first three games of this series and the last four overall between the teams went over the number. In the series, we’ve seen the teams combine for 237, 235 and 231 points. Sure, Game 1 was a double-overtime affair but these are two of the top three scoring offenses in the postseason. Oklahoma City is sizzling from the perimeter in the series, draining 47 threes while shooting 39.5% from beyond the arc. Therefore, this game winds up over the number as both offenses are clicking at the moment.
