NBA All-Star Weekend culminates Sunday, Feb 19, with the All-Star Game itself tipping off at 7:30 p.m. ET at Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah. LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo will be the team captains for the third time since the NBA switched out of the traditional East vs. West format in 2018. NBA All-Star Game odds show Team LeBron as a spread favorite.
The game will be televised on TNT for the 21st consecutive year.

All-Star Rosters Drafted Just Before The Game
One important note for those looking to bet on the game, totals, or on any potential player props: The All-Star Draft will not take place until directly before the game on Sunday. This is a change from the past few years under this format, where the draft would take place on Thursday prior to All-Star Weekend.
The player pool is set already. Starters voted in by fans, NBA players and media members will be drafted first by LeBron and Giannis. The reserves, voted in by NBA coaches, will then be drafted and will finalize the team rosters.

Betting The NBA All-Star Game Over/Under
If you are looking to bet on the total score of the all-star game this year, keep in mind that the league is continuing its “Final Target Score” during this game. The Final Target Score will be determined by taking the leading team’s total cumulative score through three quarters and adding 24 points.
For instance, if the cumulative score of the first three quarters is 100-95, the Final Target Score would be set at 124 points. To win the NBA All-Star Game, the team with 100 points would need to score 24 points in the fourth quarter before the team with 95 points scores 29 points, and vice versa. With no minimum or maximum time on the clock in the fourth quarter, the NBA All-Star Game will end with a made basket or a made free throw.
So, if you’re looking to bet over , then essentially you are banking on a high scoring first three quarters.
