Instead of East vs. West or playground-style pickup teams, the league has opted to drastically shift things to nudge it into a more competitive and entertaining product. The 2025 edition will feature a four-team tournament. How does this affect NBA All-Star Game odds?

The fourth team will come from the Rising Stars event on Friday. Four rosters of seven to eight players will compete in that tournament. Candace Parker will "coach" the winning team in Sunday's main All-Star Game(s). Each game in Sunday's tournament will be a race to 40 points. Players earn extra money for their teams' finishes:

• $125,000 for champions
• $50,000 for runners-up
• $25,000 for others
