It has a much darker, navy-blue design - and the portrait layout feels better suited to the rectangle-shaped card packs you’ll be ripping during most of your time here. Although there aren’t any flashy swipe-to-rip style animations of the kind we’ve seen with some competitors yet, sadly.

The neon-hued availability map on Pickem Ripping Packs’ homepage confirms that currently, you can rip Pokemon and sports card packs with their site (or app) from most US states. However, the following five are strictly off limits:

This is a bit of a shame tbh, as other similar services we’ve reviewed, such as Underdog Rips for example, have broader availability. But you certainly can’t knock Pickem Ripping Packs’ reputation - the brand’s apps both have epic ratings, and a ton of positive Pickem Ripping Packs reviews. While we found that their site offers SSL encryption and supports several trusted payment methods.
Any cards you rip here will always be in protected PSA slabs. And Pickem Ripping Packs’ App Store summary confirms that physical cards are stored in secure vaults at the brand’s end, too.
Payment and buyback options - our findings
Login to Pickem Ripping Packs, and you’ll find that Mastercard, VISA, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all currently accepted.
