Is Lastpack a legitimate mystery box platform?
We have been using mystery box sites for a while now. So, we know the signs of a trusted platform. The good news is that Lastpack is a legitimate card breaking site. If you are 18+ and reside in the US, you can join Lastpack with the banners on this page.
While there is no live streaming of pack openings from streamers, there are automatic first-person pack openings. You can rip authenticated and graded cards. These graded cards include PSA 10 GEM Mint Pokémon cards.
In our experience, everything is transparent and secure when shipping cards to your home. You should not worry about shipped cards being tampered with.
We observed that the platform also prioritizes user safety. There is 2FA, as well as password-protected accounts. Lastpack also conducts KYC checks, so you must verify your details.

You can rip Pokémon, One Piece and Riftbound cards. Once the pack openings are over, it is decision time. You can then decide whether to keep the cards or sell them back to the site. A nice touch is that your bonus balance is updated as soon as you sell.
With our three free packs, we ripped three Common Pokémon cards. The combined value of all three was $0.64. Since it was low, we decided to sell them back. FYI, the experience was simple, and the animation reveals were cool.

VIP rewards and more for existing users
You know, when you go to the supermarket and see people lining up for freebies? That is us and mystery box platforms! We love a good ol’ reward.
There is an exclusive VIP program. You can climb the different tiers by receiving XP. You can get XP by opening packs and shipping them to your home. There are several tiers to work through, including Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Obsidian, Master and Grandmaster. For every tier you reach, you will score a free pack opening.
There are also plenty of other existing user promos to claim. These include referral rewards from the affiliate program, daily, weekly and monthly rewards and weekly rip races. 3 FREE Packs on Signup! An overview of the pack opening experience
Currently, there are three main types of packs at the site: Pokémon, One Piece and Riftbound cards. Below is a list of the different pack prices:
- Pokémon - Quarter ($0.25), Noobie ($1), Starter ($5), Rookie ($10), Trainer ($25), Explorer ($50), Challenger ($100), Vintage ($150), Nemesis ($250), Trophy ($500), and Titan ($1,000).
- One Piece - Cabin ($5), East Blue ($10), Bounty ($25), and Captain ($50).
- Riftbound - Ward ($1), Minion ($5), Poro ($10), Scuttle ($25), Choncc ($50), and Drake ($100).
Each of these packs has graded and authenticated collectible cards. One unique feature is the ability to choose a volatility level for your pack opening. The three volatility levels are Steady, Balanced, and Wild.
Depending on the pack you open, the main card types are Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Mythic, and Grail. Everything is transparent on Lastpack, and before purchasing a pack, you can see the probability of pulling a specific card type.
We observed that, besides pack openings, there is no peer-to-peer marketplace for trading. Since the platform is still new, hopefully a marketplace is introduced in the coming months.
Pack opening process
The pack opening process is straightforward. Once you purchase a pack, a reveal animation will take place. After you have pulled your card there are three choices. Either keep it (it will be added to your Stash), sell it back to the site, or ship it to your home.
If you keep it, the ripped card will be loaded to your Stash portfolio. This is an online portfolio with all your pulled cards. You can also sell the card back to the site for up to 100% of the fair market value. Not many sites have a 100% sellback option, so this is nice.
When shipping the physical card to your home, it can take up to 5 days for delivery. The card will be delivered from California, where the Lastpack warehouse is located. Per the terms, there will be shipping and insurance fees. All shipped cards are delivered in pristine condition and in a sleeve.
One important thing to note about the pack opening process; you only have seven days to decide on what to do with your graded pull. The ripped card will be kept in your Stash for a week. If you do not ship it, it will be automatically sold back for the listed buyback value.
An encrypted banking platform for all users
There is an encrypted banking platform for all transactions. You can fund your account with several cryptocurrencies. These include Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether. Fiat payment methods cover Google Pay, Apple Pay and Visa. You can also use fiat to purchase crypto.
We liked that Lastpack allows small purchases, especially since several packs have low costs. Generally, the minimum deposit is between $3 and $10. We observed that the platform does not charge a deposit fee, but third-party fees are possible.
You can withdraw funds only after you have submitted your KYC documents (proof of ID and address). The minimum withdrawal is $10, and withdrawals are processed within a few minutes to a Solana address. We spoke to an agent who mentioned that withdrawals to a bank account are in the pipeline. So, keep an eye on this review for any updates.
The desktop website is easy to use
Lastpack has gone for a dark background with green hues. For us, it works well and is easy on the eye. Everything has its place on the site.
You will find your bonuses and rewards at the top of the page. The informational toolkits are at the bottom. You can click the Packs button to head to the pack openings portal. There is even a tracker for the rip races, so you can see previous weekly race winners.
We spent time on each section of the site. Everything loaded quickly, and pages were clutter-free. Overall, Lastpack has done a solid job. So, a 9.5/10 with our ratings for the desktop usability, look and feel.
Rip cards on the go with the mobile website
Lastpack is still a new site, so it is not surprising that there are no dedicated mobile apps. However, there is no need for an app. The mobile website works just as well. The mobile site is compatible with most devices, including iOS and Android. To access the platform, enter the Lastpack URL into your mobile web browser.
Since the mobile-optimized website mirrors the desktop version, you won’t miss out on anything. While out and about, you can rip One Piece cards and even claim free packs when you reach a new VIP tier.
A bit of advice: make sure you have a stable internet connection. Otherwise, the pack openings may buffer. Trust us, you do not want that!
Rating the customer service
We scored top marks with our Lastpack ratings for customer support. Before contacting the team, browse the FAQ page. There are several topics covered with detailed answers.
If you need to speak to an agent, you can use the live chat. It only takes a few minutes to connect. Thereafter, the interaction is quick. You can also email the support team. FYI, you may have to wait a few hours for a response. On the plus side, the agents are friendly and do provide accurate feedback.
There is even social media support. Feel free to follow the X and Discord channels and slide into Lastpack’s DMs. Social media is not just for random giveaways; you can ask questions, too.

Verdict - We liked what we found with our Lastpack review
Lastpack is a welcome addition to the mystery box scene. We liked what we found and, believe us, we found a lot! Not many platforms have multiple free packs for newbies, so this caught our eye. Also, all cards are graded, authenticated and delivered in pristine condition.
We did find some room for improvement, though. It would be nice if there were sports packs to open. Should this become available, we will revert with our feedback, so check back regularly.
