How does Beezie work?
Whilst most of the best mystery box sites use a simple process that involves purchasing boxes, then opening them to reveal your cards, Beezie use an innovative approach that adds an extra layer of fun to your box opening by placing their boxes in digital Claw Machines. These Claw Machines work in the same way as the popular fairground game. In other words, you use a claw to randomly select a box from the machine, before digitally opening it to reveal the contents.

Beezie isn’t a mystery box site blessed with an abundance of bonus offers, and we don’t have any Beezie promo code deals you can claim right now. However, there are a few neat ways you can enhance your trading experience and get a little bit of extra value from your trading:
Points Vault: This rewards scheme gives you a point for every $1 you spend on boxes, plus additional points when you complete actions such as Marketplace trades and swaps. You can also pick up additional Points Vault rewards by completing daily quests, such as logging into your account every 24 hours and purchasing mystery boxes on consecutive days. At random intervals, your Points Vault will open, enabling you to spend your points on rewards such as free Claw Machine pulls, discount codes and graded cards.
Raffles: Instead of directly using your Vault Points to claim rewards, you can use your points to enter Raffles that give you the opportunity to win prizes worth far more than the value of your points.
Leaderboard: This works in a similar way to the Leaderboard feature outlined in our Mr Loot review. In other words, the traders that accrue the most points each week or month all receive bonus credits that can be used to open mystery boxes.
Referrals: Beezie’s referral program awards 0.5% of the purchases made by anybody who joins the site using your unique code. You can then track your referrals and redeem your current balance for on-site credits via your account page. Unlike the programs at some other mystery box sites, there is no limit on the amount available through Beezie’s referral scheme.

We especially enjoyed the graphics that accompanied the Claw Machines. No Beezie app, but an outstanding mobile website
As you have noticed from our Tilt Rips review, we do award higher marks in this area to brands with dedicated mobile apps. But whilst we were initially disappointed to discover the absence of a Beezie mobile app, we swiftly realised that Beezie’s mobile optimized website offered an excellent alternative. The site, which is fully compatible with all major tablets and mobile phones, provides the same slick mystery box experience as the full website, plus has the added bonus that you do not need to download anything to your device to use it.
Will there be a Beezie mobile app in the future? Who knows. But for now, their mobile website provides a highly satisfactory option for mobile users.
User friendly and secure payment options at Beezie
Similar to what we mentioned in our BigBux review, funding your account at Beezie is an absolute cinch thanks to a user-friendly payment platform, plus a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal options. All payments are made via your Beezie Wallet, which can be located via the main website menu.
Once you’ve accessed your Wallet, you will be able to instantly view your balance, plus make swift deposits and withdrawals. Best of all, Beezie allow you to link your existing crypto wallet to the site, thus enabling you to view your crypto balance alongside your Beezie Wallet balance. This is an innovative and extremely useful budget management tool that lets you simultaneously look at your internal and external balances, plus make instant transactions.

Once your order has been submitted, you can use the Redeem page to track the progress of your shipments.
As was the case with the payment platform, the area of the Beezie website for redeeming collectibles was expertly laid out, so we had no problems whatsoever in requesting our items or tracking their progress. And whilst their fees are broadly in line with other leading mystery box sites, Beezie’s shipping times compare favorably with the majority of other brands. If you are having your item delivered within the US, you should receive it within seven working days; plus, if you want to expedite the delivery of your item, you can pay a small additional fee for priority shipping.
Beezie customer support: Solid, but room for improvement
Now for probably the biggest negative of this review - Beezie do not currently have a live chat service on their website. Although this immediately puts Beezie behind many of their competitors when it comes to customer support, it is important to note that there is an excellent email contact option on the website. If you send a message via this service, you should receive a reply within a few hours, and when we tested it out, we found the Beezie agents to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
If you are a Discord user, we can highly recommend joining Beezie’s community. Here you will find plenty of lively trader chat, including stacks of useful advice covering potential issues you may run into. In addition, the Beezie website has an extensive User Guide section, which contains in-depth articles covering topics such as the Marketplace, shipping and the Claw Machines. So whilst we would like to see a dedicated Beezie live chat service launched in the near future, there are still several excellent support options to help you resolve any problems you encounter when trading at the site.
